Iran appeared determined to avenge the killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other senior Iranian officials following the start of the US-Israeli assault on Saturday, as Tehran continued to strike back at Israel and United States military assets across the Gulf on Monday.
After Khamenei’s death was confirmed by Iranian state media on Sunday, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) vowed revenge and launched what it called “the heaviest offensive operations in the history of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic against occupied lands [a reference to Israel] and the bases of American terrorists”.

It’s the only hope for Iran’s Islamic Mullahs ➡️➡️➡️: DEMOCRATS
What they want is for the US to put boots on the ground there. They know US soldiers sent home in body bags will put an end to the US/Israel relationship for good. The youngsters won’t be having it.
blah blah blah
It’s almost a whine.
Yes, that is very true. They will keep it going to try and make that happen.
“Basically, the plan is to hold out and let the Democrats win the war for Iran.”
I’m pretty sure that is the calculus of every non-American country in the world. They have all figured it out, Americas biggest threat to America, is our Democrats.
The Kurds seem to be the seed of revolt, to me.
They’re organized and well-armed.
I don’t see any troops on the ground except maybe special forces to go raid the nuclear facilities (and maybe even the nuclear power plant). They could scuttle it in a controlled manner.
Watch for donations to the Democratic Party
from Iran or Islamic Mullah Sympathizers
Their strategy is to drive up the cost of oil to get people complaining how much it is. This will put pressure on the American goverment to stop the war with Iran.
No, I think you are right on.
They can’t do it alone, but someone needs to start it.
“Why are we free giving publicity to a so-called “news” agency who are in fact pro-Muhammadan propagandists funded by Hamas and Islamic Jihad?”
That’s normally a fair point and I would agree with you.
But I’m doing it because they currently have far better detailed coverage, for reasons unknown to me.
But, yeah, understand who is reporting it, I agree.
(speculation)
—I think we killed a lot of their key and senior leaders on the first night.
—I think this caused for second and third string actors to make decisions that weren’t smart: like shooting at all their neighbors and getting practically everyone united against them.
The smart thing to do is to realize that some of these nations are on the US side, but only to a degree. Do NOT shoot at them, since the leadership is walking a tightrope with a lot of people opposed to anything Israel or American in these countries. Iran, had they been smart, they would have focused their fires, which would have possibly made them more effective (not just a fireworks display) and not consolidate everyone against them.
There is also talk of a pan-Arab force to occupy the sea coast along the Straight of Hormuz.
The Arab nations have a vested interest in this to keep the oil flowing.
That, too, could act as a seed of rebellion in Iran.
There are 97 million people in Iran. A few thousand Kurds ain’t going to do it unless they are able to light a fire under those who want the mullahs gone for good. Seems this type of thing should have been in the works prior to doing all this. Who knows? We are going to find out pretty soon.
I only say what I did because I have been reading comments where the Iranian muzzards are repeatedly saying they want our boots on the ground.
How many men in a “Kurdish Horde?” I ask that because history is replete with examples of highly mobile light forces creating a domino-effect that collapses a country. Recall how quickly and suddenly Syria collapsed last year after being a civil war lasting... what... a decade?
Like our media is any better.
And cornered animals make a lot yowling and hissing noises when trapped.
