President Trump announced the US is going to “cut off all trade with Spain” over Madrid’s lack of support for the attack on Iran.
“We were going to cut off all trade with Spain. We don’t want anything to do with Spain,” he said during an Oval Office meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Trump spent several minutes complaining about the NATO allies’ refusal to allow the US to use their military bases to attack Iran and argued that they don’t spend enough on defense. “Spain has been terrible,” he said. “Spain actually said that we can’t use their bases.”
“They were unfriendly,” Trump added. “Spain has absolutely nothing that we need other than great people. They have great people, but they don’t have great leadership.”

How about cutting off all trade with China, which unleashed COVID on the world, kills 70,000 Americans a year through fentanyl, steals billions of dollars of intellectual property, circumvents the oil embargoes of Russia and Iran, and brought us such culinary abominations as sweet and sour chicken and crab rangoon?
Thanks for the advice. ;-)
It does read a little like having Johnny Depp for a President.
“Spain has been terrible!” - “The word is ‘egregious’...”
Every country turning its back on us after we’ve protected and fought to free their butts, ESAD.
They deserve to get left behind.
Spain can enjoy its new Muslim commie majority.
“How about cutting off all trade with China?”
We are working on that but there is a very
great cost.
We can switch to other lower cost labor nations for goods,
However China has a lot of investment/ownership in our country and getting them under our control will be difficult.
American “Citizens” with Chinese loyalties is very
hard to combat in our system that values freedoms
and a diversity of personal values.
Pull our one military base out of Spain.
Pull out of NATO. End EU defense welfare.
“How about cutting off all trade with China”
Not. Viable.
Because the globalist elites sent most our manufacturing to China. What does Spain have to offer. Olives? BFD
Spain the latest country to FAFO.
How about cutting off all trade with China”
Your suggestion is so naive and short sighted it is staggering. We cannot just stop trade with China as good as that seems. It would be great if we could but the ripples would be catastrophic.
I would like to see our military forces pulled out of Spain too. Forget them, let them fend for themselves.
Not viable, but necessary.
Trump uses levers of power.
Spain, living in it’s own private Idaho and lucky they are only losing trade with the US.
Guess I won’t be getting my Jamon anytime soon. Oh well.
“Not viable, but necessary.”
Not. Happening.
Spain is full of Bull
If I had to bet I would say Crab Rangoon is an American invention.
Come on man! On the Internet from behind a cozy monitor all things are possible!
Your callous disregard for the over 70,000 Americans killed every year by the Chinese fentanyl cartel, and the approximately one million killed by the Chinese manufactured COVID epidemic speaks volumes.
Do you get paid in renminbi or crypto?
This is probably coming.
Once done, it will essentially give the green light for more nations to develop nukes.
And I believe they will, to be used as a deterrent against attack from the East, etc.
