A new report accuses the social studies curriculum of the School District of Philadelphia as being anti-Semitic and anti-American due to the curriculum’s new focus on looking at history through oppressor and oppressed categories.

Philadelphia is a massive drain on the budget of PA, to the tune of an $10-11 billion deficit.
All the welfare, free medical, schools, policing and incarceration, plus roads and infrastructure costs far exceed the tax revenue from the city.
Pennsylvania’s total state budget is approximately $45.5 billion.
People’s taxes in PA would go down 20% if Philly disappeared.

Born and raised in Pa, and that city makes me wanna puke as long as I can remember!
That movie proved to me my now 36 YO son had the mental faculties to do well in school. He was in middle school when I was at home watching the movie. He was intrigued by the boisterous laughter from me, so he sat down to see what was so funny.
He watched it in full after I finished. The next day he proceeded to repeat the plot in great detail to his mother.
I always knew he had the smarts. He just never displayed the motivation needed in an academic environment.
