The international humanitarian group Doctors Without Borders has publicly acknowledged that armed individuals — many of them masked — were present inside the large compound of Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, citing intimidation of patients, arbitrary arrests, and suspected weapons movement as reasons for halting some of its work there.
The admission, buried in a rarely referenced FAQ page on the group’s website published last month, lends factual support to claims long asserted by Israeli authorities about the use of medical facilities by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists during the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), which is French for Doctors Without Borders, said it has suspended all “non-critical medical operations” at Nasser Hospital as of Jan. 20, 2026, citing “concerns regarding the management of the structure, the safeguarding of its neutrality, and security breaches.”
MSF’s admission was first reported by independent analyst Salo Aizenberg.
In describing those “security breaches,” MSF stated that patients and its own personnel observed “armed men, some masked, in different areas of the large hospital compound … not in areas where MSF has activities.” It added that since the most recent ceasefire in Gaza, teams have reported a “pattern of unacceptable acts,” including the presence of armed men, intimidation, arbitrary arrests of patients, and “a recent situation of suspicion of movement of weapons.” The group said such conditions posed “serious security threats to our teams and patients.” Algemeiner

This organization is rather a liberal and very critical of Istael for years. Which is why wikipedians struggle to come to grips with its admission..

When independent voters see ICE agents with masks they think of it as HAMAS terrorists with masks. That is the reality.
It is losing tactics for ICE to wear masks and be equated with HAMAS types.
Note that there is little danger of criminal immigrants to DOXX ICE agents. These criminals want to hide and be obscure. They don’t want to call attention to themselves.
It is the leftists career protestors who endanger ICE agents. The more ICE gets distracted into a focus on the protestors, the more the protestors are energized. Attention and Notoriety is what they live for.
Don’t get sucked into a game of TAR BABY.
Normally they spout the Arab line, for the simple reason that the Arabs will kill them in horrible ways, and the Israelis won’t.

I never thought it was a good idea to send tactical raid teams in to round up illegal immigrants. It was always going to be divisive and frightening- putting aside the issue of paid protestors. Maybe, just maybe, it was a temporary shock and awe tactic to get immigrants to leave voluntarily. Get the violent predators yes but low profile people, no.
When Trump ran in 2016 he spoke of a path where illegals should “exit, make restitution and then return”. I don’t know what happened to that idea but it makes more sense. Get illegals to repent and pay restitution. Put them on 5 years of parole. Commit a crime you go. But if you walk the straight and narrow, you have a path to a permanent green card (not citizenship). The concept being that they admit they committed a crime, they pay restitution in some fashion, and after that point many of them will have “bought into” the American way. Most people won’t respect a system that doesn’t demand respect for our institutions. But make them a part of the institution, make them register with the state, hold them to account for their transgressions etc and there’s a good chance they’ll become responsible residents.
Then they can be 'doctors without patients or lives'.
True; it is the citizen leftists, including a lot of AWFULs who threaten to endanger LEOs and their families that way. Can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em (yet).

I never have nor ever will provide support to that organization or to any other one that provides assistance of any kind to avowed enemies of my country.

I remember Ann Coulter was impressed at one time with Doctors Without Borders. It sounds nice, I suppose. I think many in the medical profession want to help any person who needs it. Again, it sounds nice. Do they want to work for free? Probably not.
Eons ago, there was a T.V. series called L.A. Law. One character agitated over several episodes for the firm to do more Pro Bono work. I don’t think he ever offered to work for free on Saturday. I want to be paid for my Pro Bono work!
A lot of idealism is skin deep at best.
A relative of mine does counseling. She has been adamantly against school vouchers for decades. Then she changed her tune, provided that school vouchers be available for counseling. Cha-ching Cha-ching.

She suffered DTDS early because she thought Trump was not doing enough to stop illegal immigration in his first term. Her support on this forum dropped off greatly.

She reports things others do not report
She makes contrasts. For example, liberals get to slander victims (Babbit, Koresh), but conservatives must not (Good, Pretti).
She does research.
Have you asked any active ICE agent what THEY think? Does THEIR safety count for anything?
