RIO RICO, AZ — A man who says he was detained by Pima County Sheriff's deputies for "kidnapping" Nancy Guthrie spoke exclusively to ABC15 following his release.
On Tuesday night, authorities confirmed that they had detained a man during a traffic stop in a location south of Tucson, the source said, and law enforcement is preparing to search a location associated with the individual
They didn't even tell me what's going on until the detectives got here... They told me I was being detained for kidnapping, and I asked them, "Kidnapping of who?""
In the exclusive interview, the man, who identified himself as "Carlos," says he was held at the scene of the initial traffic stop for hours.

I think his phone may have pinged at Nancy’s address but he said he works in the area and might have made a delivery to her house at some point.
So the Tucson cops are now detaining every male fitting the build of the kidnapper in the video during traffic stops? This could lead to interesting litigation.
Somebody has got to hang in a case like this.
Careers are made and broken at every level.
At some point, and we are close to being there.....the somebody they hang can be just about anybody.
Anybody who has been a cop or in a DA’s office knows how easy it is to frame someone in a compromised system.
All systems run by Sodomite Democrats and many systems run by Republicans, are compromised.

I always thought Detained=you can't leave, and Arrest=you're coming with me. If they never moved him from that initial location, I think it's still just Detained, isn't it?
