Video Transcript Summary

The transcript is from a discussion (likely an interview or segment involving Rep. Thomas Massie) about redactions in recently released Jeffrey Epstein-related documents from the Department of Justice.

End Transcript Summary

Just an hour earlier, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche had responded to Massie’s questions on X about redactions of Wexner’s name, explaining, “The document you cite has numerous victim names. We have just unredacted Les Wexner’s name from this document, but his name already appears in the files thousands of times. DOJ is hiding nothing.”

There should be nothing to correctly redacting 3 million documents. Just snap your fingers and it's done.

Hard to believe all of those files were on Pam Bondi’s desk.

Ro Khanna named him and 5 others, story posted on CFP earlier today. I don’t much care unless they committed crimes in which case they should be charged.

There's a mix of business and prostitution in these files. The 14 year olds are few and far between.

Since when do we go nuts over prostitution?? It's in every city, state and country.

Did Hefner ever get arrested?

“””Ro Khanna named him and 5 others, story posted on CFP earlier today. I don’t much care unless they committed crimes in which case they should be charged.”””

They can’t be charged with something that happened 20 years ago unless it was murder. This whole Epstein thing is a joke.

Regarding the 300+ gallons of acid that Epstein bought and had available on his island: If it is discovered that some of Epstein’s young victims were subsequently disposed of, could those on the Epstein Island visitor’s list be complicit and also subject to being charged for their deaths? Could be another huge reason to keep their names a secret.

Well, of course. He is different and the only person who is not above the law. Or something.

So his name was already mentioned multiple times on the public documents, so Massie decides to go on CNN to act like he learned a new name to create a news story to draw attention to himself? Am I reading this correctly?

Thank you for the image. I am in the document review business and have been on projects reviewing and redacting libraries into the millions of documents. Started a new project today, reviewing for responsiveness and legal privilege as well as sensitive personal information. The latter will be minimal in our case. I’m getting first review rates of 30 or so an hour right now. When I do redactions, that often drops to 10 or 15 per hour. There are 90 of us on the project. We have 6 weeks or so.

3 million docs on first review looking for redaction opportunities, at an ambitious 60 per hour, will take about 50,000 hours, about than 25 lawyer years.

Say 20 percent of those need redactions at 10 per hour. That’s another 30 lawyer years.

Sure, pass a law say it needs to be done in 30 days and get upset when there are occasional redactions missed and and a few instances of information improperly redacted.

lauren boebert read all the files apparently and is really pushign to get it out there- looks liek there might be torture videos involved with saudi princes sendign them ot epstein, and also someone in gthe report said there were 2 dead girls, buried by order of jeff and gislain on ranch in NM who died from ‘rough sex’- looks like the case also involves other reallty despicable and criminal things- if the report can be proved-

Marsha blackburn tried ot get info out and dick durbin prevented her or opposed her- WHY? Why are powerful people resisting gettign all the info out there? They are protecting pedos and possible murderers and torturers if the reports tonight are true-

This is hardly a secret. Wexner retained Jeffrey Epstein as his financial manager from 1987 to 2007 and was initially the “main client” of Epstein’s money-management firm.

What is interesting is Wexner and Epstein were involved in relocating Southern Air Transport (a CIA front organization with ties to the Iran-Contra affair and alleged CIA drug smuggling) from Miami to Columbus.

Just saw Lauren B, on Newsmax, a little while ago covering all of this.

Interesting about Blackburn wanting to release this info and Turban Durbin running interference. Telling.

People think the mythical “Epstein files” are sitting around on a flash drive in somebody’s desk drawer. In the real world document management is a gargantuan task, as you illustrated.

Everyone knows Wexner gave Epstein his start in the financial business. Does Massie was to frog walk him? He is almost 89 now.
