FBI has the area taped off, and there should be over 700 boxes of materials to be taken for investigation - except the actual number is unknown due to materials that have been said to have disappeared or destroyed as noted in prior judicial hearings.

Georgia law states all primary and election documents must be preserved for at least 24 months (two months longer than the Federal requirement), after which they may be destroyed.

Legally, they've had plenty of time to destroy all records of the 2020 election. Fortunately, people are stupid and lazy, and make mistakes all the time.

The overlooked issue is....

VoterGA has been fighting to get the material since the 2020 election....

and has a court injunction the material must be preserved, otherwise it would have been all destroyed already.

Some materials seem to be missing... but would be used to prove the election is not internally consistant, so fraudulent.

Once they are put on notice, the Federal and State laws on ‘Spoliation of Evidence” apply and are far more harsh than the election laws.

Maybe some has been preserved. But destruction is hard to hide and takes very organized and very smart people to do it without a trace. Not sure Fulton D’s fall in that category. They have no history of being held accountable and that produces sloppiness.
