Trump accuses Minnesota leaders of inciting insurrection amid fatal ICE shooting

President Donald Trump accused Minnesota officials of “inciting insurrection” after Saturday’s shooting of an unnamed 37-year-old who allegedly attempted to pull out a firearm as federal agents tried to detain him.

The president shared a photograph of the gun authorities alleged belonged to the man, defending Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents after the fatal shooting.

“AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS IS A ‘COVER UP’ FOR THE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THE ONCE GREAT STATE (BUT SOON TO BE GREAT AGAIN!) OF MINNESOTA!“ Trump fired a post to Truth Social.

Trump called out Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D-Minn.) and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D-Minn.) for their vocal objections to the presence of immigration agents in the city.

“The Mayor and the Governor are inciting Insurrection, with their pompous, dangerous, and arrogant rhetoric!” he wrote. “Instead, these sanctimonious political fools should be looking for the Billions of Dollars that has been stolen from the people of Minnesota, and the United States of America. LET OUR ICE PATRIOTS DO THEIR JOB!”

The president promised that ICE officials have made Minneapolis a safer city due to the mass arrests made.

“12,000 Illegal Alien Criminals, many of them violent, have been arrested and taken out of Minnesota. If they were still there, you would see something far worse than you are witnessing today!” he wrote.

“Why does Ilhan Omar have $34 Million Dollars in her account?” Trump wrote. “And where are the Tens of Billions of Dollars that have been stolen from the once Great State of Minnesota? We are there because of massive Monetary Fraud, with Billions of Dollars missing, and Illegal Criminals that were allowed to infiltrate the State through the Democrats’ Open Border Policy.”

“We want the money back, and we want it back, NOW,...

Seems like there are a number of Minnesota officials who crossed the line on this long enough ago now that they should all be prison awaiting trial.

“Talking about insurrection isn’t getting us anywhere.”

It got Timmy Tampon to call President Trump and beg for leniency. It got Tom Homan sent to Minneapolis.

Of course Trump's right.

What's going on in Minnesota is mob violence by useful idiots whipped into a lynch-mob frenzy by corrupt politicians.

Those who lack the wit to understand this are also useful idiots.

The American People must not yield to the mob and its Law of the Jungle.

What has happened to Minnesota?

I’ve never been there, but as a former Lutheran I’ve known lots of Minnesotans. I’ve eaten lots of their special foods, especially around Christmas time.

Whoever happened to the phrase “Minnesota nice”?

Don’t let them use the word “accuse”. They ARE inciting an insurrection and/or a color revolution. Either they are, or they aren’t. They aren’t backing down from it either. Are we?

We are on the cusp of being down to “it’s them or us”.

Over the course of a few days 2 people looking for trouble were shot and killed in Minneapolis. Over the same period of time how many US Citizens, minding their own business, were killed by illegal immigrants in car wrecks, murders, etc. and how many US Citizens lost their lives due to illegal drugs marketed by illegal immigrants? Should we talk about this too?

I was originally perplexed by the Trump Administration decision to lead the Minnesota fraud and corruption investigation by an aggressive immigration enforcement operation that was bound to provoke exactly what we are seeing in Minnesota

It’s becoming more clear that this was very intentional and is about as pitch perfect a response as is possible when dealing with these types of.

As usual, Team Trump is several steps ahead of the opposition with plan that is a winner and will likely go in unexpected directions that his opponents do not anticipate

I think people will be very pleased with the way the Trump plan unfolds in Minnesota and later in the rest of the country

My take on it is:
If it looks like a color revolution organized by the CIA (or former CIA),
Then it is.

Two white gun-nut guys get together in the backwoods to plan having a militia, Fed Gov all over them.

All MN govt officials and 90% population running fraud and Insurgency,
crickets.

This important assessment is all over “X”.

“First, Eric Schwalm, a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret who held the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4, offered his assessment of events unfolding in Minneapolis.
Schwalm described the command-and-control dynamics operating within left-wing activist Signal groups as a form of “low-level insurgency infrastructure,” noting it appears to be created by individuals who have clearly studied and internalized the insurgency playbook.
Schwalm continued:
As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.
What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.
Signal groups at 1,000-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles: mobile chasers, plate checkers logging vehicle data into shared databases, 24/7 dispatch nodes vectoring assets, SALUTE-style reporting (Size, Activity, Location, Unit, Time, Equipment) on suspected federal vehicles. Daily chat rotations and timed deletions to frustrate forensic recovery. Vetting processes for new joiners. Mutual aid from sympathetic locals (teachers providing cover, possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups). Home-base coordination points. Rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction—or worse.
This isn’t spontaneous outrage. This is C2 (command and control) with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene, and task organization that would make a SF team sergeant nod in recognition. Replace “ICE agents” with “occupying coalition forces” and the structure maps almost 1:1 to early-stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s.
The most sobering part? It’s domestic. Funded, trained (somewhere), and directed by people who live in the same country they’re trying to paralyze law enforcement in. When your own citizens build and operate this level of parallel intelligence and rapid-response network against federal officers—complete with doxxing, vehicle pursuits, and harassment that’s already turned lethal—you’re no longer dealing with civil disobedience. You’re facing a distributed resistance that’s learned the lessons of successful insurgencies: stay below the kinetic threshold most of the time, force over-reaction when possible, maintain popular support through narrative, and never present a single center of gravity.
I spent years training partner forces to dismantle exactly this kind of apparatus. Now pieces of it are standing up in American cities, enabled by elements of local government and civil society. That should keep every thinking American awake at night.
Not because I want escalation. But because history shows these things don’t de-escalate on their own once the infrastructure exists and the cadre believe they’re winning the information war.
We either recognize what we’re actually looking at—or we pretend it’s still just “activism” until the structures harden and spread.
Your call, America. But from where I sit, this isn’t January 2026 politics anymore. It’s phase one of something we’ve spent decades trying to keep off our own soil.”

Re “TACO”

You know who thought that too? The leaders of Iran and Venezuela. And that is the thing, Trump But doesn’t always chicken out. And opponents know full well he doesn’t which is why Tampon Tim is groveling right now.

Contrast that to the fool Senator from Louisiana and the other weak kneed fools in the GOP who are groveling to the media and Dems right now.

I’ll take TACO Tuesday over Cassidy and the Governor of Oklahoma any freaking day.
