A new bill proposed by Democrats in the Virginia state legislature is raising concerns regarding the removal of minimum prison sentences for various violent felony crimes.
Within days of Democratic Gov. Abigail Spanberger being sworn in, members of her party introduced a flurry of amendments looking to end mandatory minimum sentences for various crimes within the state.

Pedophiles out in the streets of Virginia celebrating
Welcome to the pro crime party.
This is what happens when you don’t think before voting and you elect a ditzy blonde, Skank Barbie for governor. Embrace the suck!
It seems all Democrats have a playbook once they gain power, increase taxes on everybody, kneecap law enforcement, enact laws that legalize election stealing, abortion on demand and force everyone else to pay for it, I can go on, but they are all the same.
Spanberger ran as a common sense moderate and the a-holes actually believed her.
What is the agenda here?
The answers:
If they do away with all law enforcement, the crime statistics will start to look really good — for two reasons:
1) If no one ever gets arrested for murder, then the official murder rate will drop to zero. Which would be awesome.
2) If no one ever gets arrested for murder, Good Guy citizens will get busy taking out the trash, with no penalty. Which would be awesome.
Only Washington DC — the city that is the state.
It’s this kind of stuff that really depresses me. Let the GOP take control and they walk on glass trying not to anger the media with their policies. Let the communists take control and on day one, the Marxism train is rolling!
To make matters worse, the poor, mentally damaged voters seem ok with it.
Then law enforcement should & must recommend that the citizens arm themselves.
Virginia Is For Murderers
I suspect voter fraud is rampant in Virginia. I still remember how in 2020, FOX, CNN, et all called Virginia for Biden with only 3% of the vote in. It’s almost like they knew for sure, you know?
They just need someone rich guy to buy Commercials in neighboring States advertising for Criminals to come to Virginia where their hard work is recognized and celebrated...
They are just paying back their voters, the low life filth of society.
SOCIALISTS’ aim is to destroy America.
Virginia used to be for lovers. Now it's for lefty Beltway politics. Eff em all. I hope those lefties meandering the rolling hills of Virginia late at night and get flat tires or breakdowns, get some. Real good and hard, too.
I suspect part of the driving force is so that the Virginia Attorney General can commit violence as he is prone to do, and have a much shorter sentence than he would likely get.
Yup. The GOP typically does nothing — because, if we do anything, just think what the Democrats would do in return, when they get back into power.
Meanwhile, we watch the Democrats who are in power ride roughshod over every American tradition and value and ignore the Constitution entirely.
The GOP needs to wake up.
