If That's True, No Wonder Why Don Lemon Avoided Charges Over the Minneapolis Church Storming Incident

It sure seems like Don Lemon should’ve been charged for violating the FACE Act. Amy wrote yesterday that the round-ups have begun. Lemon, who is now independent, was there during the entire shambolic event last week, where leftist clowns stormed a church in Minneapolis because they thought an ICE agent was inside, specifically the priest or pastor whose been accused of working with federal immigration officials.

The city has been on edge since the January 7 shooting of Renee Nicole Good, who was shot and killed by an ICE agent after she rammed him with her car. Good was a known leftist activist, who had disrupted ICE raids before.

But Lemon was not charged, and we likely know why: the local judge’s wife works for Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison:

Well, that certainly explains a lot, huh?

NEW: Multiple sources tell me & colleague @davidspunt that the federal magistrate in Minnesota who refused to sign off on an arrest warrant for Don Lemon is Douglas L. Micko and that his wife works as an Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota AG Keith Ellison's office.

When there is no justice with groups and people protected we have a country in crisis.

Since they are all inbred and corrupt here in Minneapolistan is there a way to get these trials moved to a different area? If they could get it out into Minnesota these people would hang.

It certainly suggests they spoke before Lemon went to the site with Starbucks for the actors/activists

We have just had a good look into the machinery and processes of deep-state/Democrat “Democracy Inc.” political narrative formation, agitation and “color revolution.”

the careerist professional agitators and activists

belonging to the (often) taxpayer-funded NGOs and “non-profits,” like BLM/NAACP or 1000 other lesser-known names

the social-media coordination of activities

the sudden appearance of ex CNN Homo Don Lemon in Minneapolis who just happened to be in Minneapolis reporting on this church invasion shows the role of paid/controlled mockingbird media

Under Obama/Biden, these events would be ‘protected’ by DOJ, who would make sure there was no legal liability. Although they do not control Trump’s DOJ, this is where Minnesota AG, Keith Ellison, immediately interjected that this was a “free speech” issue

The next step/firewall - the Federal Courts. Attempts to prosecute the “church storming” leadership immediately met with rejection by controlled Federal judges.

“...All animals are equal...” (Animal Farm)

I think we have been introduced to the most stretched idea in many years. He isn’t being prosecuted because he claims he was doing journalism and wasn’t in on the protest.

Then answer me these:

With all the churches in the state, how did he know that one church was going to be attacked and have a crew there before it started?

How did he know to bring donuts to feed to people if he wasn’t attending the service and had no reason to be there?

How did he know to have his personal mike on when he entered the church if he didn’t know something was going to happen?

And why when people who accomplished the riot were arrested and charged he was immediately turned loose?

This piece of cow flop knew it was coming, admitted it, and did nothing to stop it when he could have by warning the church of the attack. He’s a sponge looking to get a job somewhere by using outlandish scenarios to find employment. And the judge (?) let him go scot-free. He’s never attended that church before.

he may still be charged- hopefully he will- reporters don’t get to violate the law under the guise of ‘journalism’

If that’s why the Lemon warrant wasn’t signed off on, then none of the others would have been signed off on either.

As far as I’m concerned, Lemon is one of many commie traitors running loose in the US. Nevertheless, all I saw him doing there was interviewing someone. Had he been getting into their face in intimidating fashion, like the other folks there, it’d be an easy charge.

Anyone who follows the commies online, which he would be doing, would know of the impending attack on the church - that’s exactly how they got that group together to begin with. There was no secret chat going on.

So I think he has plenty of plausible deniability to say he just wanted to record what went on. Unless there’s other video showing him harassing someone, charging him means you can charge anyone for showing up w/a camera, including patriots like Andy Ngo could be arrested for “participating” in Antifa riots.

The Somalis made BIG political donations to democrats and they demand protection... it's all connected.

Agreed, he’s going to be picked up on charges, perhaps as soon as today.

Our side needs to become as aggressive in shopping around for judges as the left.

The Magistrate should be severly penalized for not telling the warrant seekers that his wife works for Ellison. That in itself should be a crime, withholding that sort of info.

Only TWO tiers?

I can think of at least seven

1) Foreign invaders aka migrants
2) Democrats
3) LGBTZRSTUVWXYZ+ regardless of party
4) “People of Color” regardless of party
5) Muslims
6) Republicans in general
7) White, Christian, straight men
