He is low balling them. There is more than that in resources. To put it in perspective, Russia is number one in the world with 75 Trillion in natural resources, Greenland is largely unknown, but conservative estimates are in trillions…. extraction is the obstacle.
Agreed. $100K invested, and with a common retiree strategy of 4% annual withdrawals, is only $4K the first year, maybe a little more the next, then a little more the next. How much can $4K get you in Greenland?
That would be great for Older Americans that have paid into the system for over 60 some odd years
