WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump on Thursday threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in response to rising tensions between protesters and federal agents in Minneapolis.
"If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
His warning came just hours after a federal officer shot a man in the leg after an attempted traffic stop in Minneapolis on Wednesday night. Protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement exploded after the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by ICE agent Jonathan Ross earlier this month.

Yep, cut off the head of the snake for starters. And as important, prosecute offenders - those who smash ICE vehicle windows should be immediately taken into custody and prosecuted. Then those blocking roads, prosecute them.
Trump needs to be careful here. Walz is using ICE to distract attention from him being caught red-handed with the fraud. He’s on stronger ground being a resistance leader with ICE. Keep the focus on investigating and jailing Walz for fraud.
It looks like Minnesota is going to win the coin toss and elect to be the first state to receive..
Maybe we can get the insurrection act as a go just before February 1, and then have it tied to the Federal funding stoppages to sanctuary places like Minnesota, so we aren’t funding both sides of this war at the same time.
He’ll need the approval and permission of an obama or biden appointed judge first, of course.

Sounds to me like this is exactly what the Dims are doing by blocking immigration law enforcement, all while saying the USA is a rotten country. They're making it "impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings".
