It was months after the Derek Chauvin trial that the bodycam footage was released. This is very different.

Yup, twice. Once in the beginning of the video and once again after he circled back and was standing in front of her as she was backing up and before she proceeded to go forward. She saw him and was aware he was in her path but choose not to hit the brakes but to hit the gas instead.
I agree. This view is exactly what needs to be released. Not only did she see him, she also wasn’t panicked. She knew exactly what she was doing, and 100% justified.
