Spain is ready to send troops to Palestine for peacekeeping “when the opportunity presents itself,” just as it is willing to deploy forces to Ukraine, Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said Thursday.
“I will propose to parliament, when the opportunity presents itself, that we send peacekeeping troops to Palestine, once we can see how to advance this task of pacification,” he told a gathering of Spanish ambassadors in Madrid.
“Of course, we have not forgotten Palestine and the Gaza Strip… Spain must actively participate in rebuilding hope in Palestine. The situation there remains intolerable.” …

Personally, I think the whole thing, Israel, Gaza, the West Bank, all of it should become some sort of worldwide protector with no nation states in there. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all have deep history there.

Well the Zionists don’t share your position and prefer to keep the land and control of that land for themselves with few exceptions so good luck with that. For the last 2 decades the fanatical settlers have been having 8 kids a piece and now form a slight majority in that country and they have no intention of ever compromising. On the contrary they now want to expand the boundaries to form a ‘greater Israel’. Somehow I doubt most Americans will go along with this greater Israel project. The US needs to cut the financial apron strings and tell Israel they can go ahead and do as they see fit but leave us out of that never ending mess.
