It appears to be a company policy on some level. DHS reached out to Hilton Hotels and they responded that ICE’s reservtion cancellations were made because of Hilton policy. Now whether or not this is just some mid-level corporate employee going rogue or not, I don’t know.

The X posting contains some of the correspondence between Hilton and ICE. I apologize for not including that in the post. Maybe someone more computer savvy than I can post the full X posting.
