A suspect who allegedly planted pipe bombs blocks from the U.S. Capitol on January 5, 2021, is now in federal custody after a nearly five-year investigation, law enforcement sources told Fox News Digital on Thursday.
The FBI arrested the suspect, a male living in Virginia, early Thursday morning, the sources said. The man in custody is 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. of Woodbridge, two sources said.
Authorities discovered the two pipe bombs near the Republican and Democratic National Committees' headquarters around the same time that thousands of protesters a few blocks away began to descend on the Capitol over the 2020 election results.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - U.S. authorities have captured the top gang leader of MS-13 in Woodbridge, Virginia, according to reports.

According to FOX News, the FBI announced the arrest on Thursday.
The 24-year-old suspect is being named as one of the top three leaders of the MS-13 gang in the U.S. The identity of the suspect has yet to be released.
The arrest was a joint effort, according to United States Attorney General Pam Bondi. The operation included the FBI joined by the Prince William County Police Department, ATF, ICE, and the Virginia State Police.
According to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, the arrest took place in Dale City on Thursday morning.
“It’s time for us to recognize that Virginia is not a sanctuary state.”

I thought I read that FBI agents who saw the video knew exactly who she was from her gait?
Sad to say that’s what occurred to me as well - throw up someone, either blow the prosecution deliberately or get an acquittal, and call it good. That argues a near total loss on the part of the FBI of whatever reputation it ever had as an impartial investigative agency, but whose fault is that?
If ever we needed to see a perp walk, this would be it.
