The US president said that Joe Biden "gave away $350 billion"
WASHINGTON, December 2. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump has stated that his country is no longer involved in the Ukrainian crisis in terms of financing it.
"As you know, we have a problem with a war that our people are trying to settle now with Russia and Ukraine. We are not involved in the war monetarily anymore," he said at a Cabinet meeting.
"Biden gave away $350 billion like it was candy. That's a massive amount of money and much of it in cash, a lot of it in equipment. I don't give away anything. We sell the equipment to NATO. The European nations pay us for the equipment 100% price, and then they bring it to Ukraine, or whatever they do with it. But we're trying to get that settled. I've settled eight wars. This would be the ninth and our people are in Russia right now to see if we can get it settled," Trump added.
My guess is that he only gave $300B to Ukraine, with the rest going into his pockets, the pockets of cronies, and the Dem party and assorted NGO coffers.
The Zeepers here used to always deny that we were giving money to corrupt Ukrainian politicians. No, no, no. We gave weapons worth a certain dollar amount to the Ukrainian military, but we weren’t sending cash.
Turns out we were sending cash. No one is surprised.
Semantics. It is coming from our stocks and the DOD is not replacing those stocks at the rate it is “selling” them to NATO countries. That money may help the treasury look better now, with its great deficits, but sooner or later American taxpayers will be paying again to replace what the DOD is selling.
> Biden gave away $350 billion like it was candy
Passing it through sticky hands in our government to one of the most corrupt nations in the world.
I’d like to see a list of what we are selling. Do we sell at a profit? That would be war profiteering, a terrible thing according to liberals. What effects do weapons have if there’s not enough troops left to use them?
this does not include the ongoing US intelligence, targeting and other efforts
“ My guess is that he only gave $300B to Ukraine, with the rest going into his pockets, the pockets of cronies, and the Dem party and assorted NGO coffers.”
Only 20 billion went to the cronies. Biden took his 10% or 30 billion off the top.
Now, get a deal settled with the Russians to explore and develop resources in far eastern Siberia.
Who in their right minds would want to ship anything cross the Black Sea, through the straits at Turkey, cross the Med and cross the Atlantic to our east coast when we could ship it across the Pacific to our west coast.
Let the EU and Euro Russia fight it out.
Talked to several geologists who are salivating at the thought of getting into what amounts to the largely last unexplored region on earth. Going to take a lot of work but it will be worth it.
Time to get this country moving again. And natural resources are the way.
“...I don’t give away anything”
Might want to rethink that. We are GIVING AWAY over $40 million A WEEK to the TALIBAN.
A Bill to stop that madness passed the House and is stalled in the Senate where they have refused to bring it to a vote.
The sum total which increases weekly is now over $5 billion that we have given away to the Taliban
Trump’s disengagement from Ukraine has directly resulted in the recent Brussels-London Globalist Eurotrash psychosis, their Russian drone propaganda, threats to send troops, etc...
They have lost access to manipulate the USA through their 5th-column Atlanticist allies spread throughout the DC deep-state.
“We are not involved in the war monetarily anymore”
That is only true if we have stopped all intelligence support and removed all “advisors”.
Which is highly unlikely.
It’s sure nice that TASS is now the media of choice here so we can be constant recipients of Russian propaganda.
You’re still trolling here?
Huh.. who would have thunk it...
“My guess is that he only gave $300B to Ukraine”
It’s been documented in the past here on FR that 90% to 95% of the money designated for Ukraine not only does not leave the USA it doesn’t even leave New York City. It just moves from one Wall Street bank to another.
Now we can hopefully not hear the complaints from the anti-Ukraine/anti-Zelensky FR members, who wanted the U.S. to stop funding Ukraine in any way.
What will the pro-Putin FR members be complaining about now?
My guess is that, it wasn’t the American taxpayers money that they were against. They just wanted Russia to take Ukraine without any fight from Ukraine or support to Ukraine.
My guess is trump wants to please putin.
Hallelujah!
Natural resource deals are good, but how many dollars have American businesses lost because of Russia’s current military behavior, and leaving or being kicked out of that country?
Given that Russia seems to have not real interest in ending this fight unless they get all the land they have occupied or want to steal without occupying it, how much will US businesses want to risk there? See the link below to see what Russia/Putin with the advice and encouragement of Alexandr Dugin are probably planning for the future of Europe and NATO. Dugin is called “Putin’s Brain”, and Putin’s attitude toward the West changed notably not long after Dugin published his book on how to conquer Europe and control much of the rest of the world. Putin seems to have totally gained the attitude that Dugin’s ideas make sense for Putin’s and Russia’s future:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Geopolitics
Read this book review and especially the 22 bullet pointed ideas for Dugin’s aggressive plan. The 21st point on plans and behavior of Putin’s Russian Special Services in the US are especially chilling as one thinks through all the recent violent and racially based activities in this country.
“Turns out we were sending cash. No one is surprised.”
They also told us the money was going to be paid back. Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.
