The shriek of whistles and a cacophony of cars honking have taken on new meaning on the streets of major U.S. cities in recent months — a warning to all those in earshot that immigration enforcement is nearby.
The warning tactics from activists have become popular in cities recently targeted by Border Patrol immigration operations.
Jill Garvey, a co-director of the pro-democracy group States at the Core, said during the first nationwide virtual “ICE WATCH” training session hosted with the help of community organizers from Chicago on Nov. 21.
More than 500 people attended the online training session from dozens of cities, including New York; Memphis, Tennessee; Oakland, California; and New Orleans — where some expect immigration operations to begin in December.
The trainers told those attending that paying attention to details such as the number of agents at a specific location, what uniforms they’re wearing and the scope of their activity are key to effectively documenting immigration enforcement in their communities, understanding the tactics and identifying potential civil rights violations.
In the session, trainers emphasized the importance of conducting ICE Watch and street patrols in groups.
“We’re safer when we stick together,” said Garvey, of States at the Core. She emphasized that neighborhood watch groups are for documenting immigration enforcement happening in communities and not about interference. “It is a nonviolent tactic,” she said.

Immigration enforcement has not yet really begun.
Presently the arrest and deportation is primarily of illegal aliens with criminal records. The detention and deportation of illegals having no other criminal record has not really begun.
Presently, there is sort of a grace period for the noncriminal illegal aliens that permeate American society. The Secretary Noem is widely publicizing a self depoertation program. While that program is being allowed to work, the real aliens with real criminal records are being rounded up and deported.

What an interesting take by the mainstream media. Violence against ICE is now common among the hobby protestors and media types choose to sanitize it by referencing it as “responding”.
Not being able to easily wire transfer funds MAY send SOME packing. Cutting off funds and services meant for US citizens would do more...imho.
If it were really going to be done, it would have started months ago.
How to respond to immigration enforcement should be to yell, “Hey, ICE! Here’s some illegals over here!”, then cheer as the illegals are thrown into vans and hauled off.
The life of alien residents who did not arrive with a visa should be crimped to make it desirable to go home ASAP:
1. no citizenship possible
2. only one basic cellphone without useable internet capability
3. outbound calling limited to 60 minutes a month
4. inbound calling limited to 200 minutes a month
5. no cable, fiber-optic or satellite service to your residence
6. no license of any kind
7. no driving a motorized vehicle on a public road (except driving across it in a farm equipment vehicle)
8. no ability to fly to a destination in the USA
9. employers to pay a tax rate increasing year by year of residence in the USA on earnings not paid into your return home fund
10. return home fund to be distributed:
a. for purchase of a non-refundable one-way ticket out of the USA specifically for yourself, or a dependent,
b. on personal collection back home,
c. amounts of twice the typical monthly apartment rent in a three-day period between the 15th and 28th of the month to be collectable in each month the State Department rates your country below 4 after the initial two, or on your request,
d. unclaimed amounts to be forfeited
11. no interest to be paid on your return home fund.

ICE agents should receive combat pay.

My biggest gripe is that there has been ZERO movement on punishing those who employ illegals.
How should this ‘alarm and inform’ movement be countered?
One way: Have ICE personnel stage a few FAKE ALARM events;
with whistles, bells, profane slogans all a-shouted.
Do this at least five times within a 10 day period in the bluest areas.
This ‘IllegalAlienSupporters Who Cried ‘WOLF’!!” street theater may dilute the alarm of actual ICE attempts to arrest. Laugh if you want to, but crazier things have likely been used to counteract the left’s use of PANIC.
“250 were ICE?”
Probably not, but if it were a white conservative meeting 490 of the 500 would have been some type of law enforcement
Yeah, you're making the country safer by keeping violent, illegal aliens from being deported, making sure they stay here to prey on innocent Americans.

Well since we are not going to arrest these nitwits for obstruction, how about this...?
We pull every tax funded help any of these cities currently receive, pull out the National Guard and every federal policing unit, Move ICE to the outskirts of these cities and dare any illegal to leave-
And just sit back and watch as the voters in these cities stew in the sh*t stew they voted for?
How about that?
Illegal immigrants=potential Democrat voters. OOPS! Did I give the game away?
Do we get training on how to help ICE?
