WASHINGTON (WJLA-TV) — U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi will urge prosecutors to seek the death penalty against 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal.
Lakanwal, an Afghan national, was identified by federal officials as the gunman who opened fire on West Virginia National Guard members Sarah Beckstrom, 20, and Andrew Wolfe, 24, on Nov. 26, 2025.
Beckstrom died a day after the shooting, and Wolfe was left fighting for his life.
"I will tell you right now, I will tell you early, we will do everything in our power to seek the death penalty against that monster who should not have been in our country," Bondi said during a segment on Fox News Thursday.

While the entire Washington DC city-state (VA/DC/MD) does not offer the death penalty after the Washington influencers got Northam to repeal it to make the state Northern, this is a federal charge, which is grounds for a federal death penalty, much to the chagrin of the single city. If Mr. Lakanwal is sentenced to death, he moves to Indiana death row in Terre Haute (the federal execution chambers). Secretary of War Hegseth has already asked for the transportation of Nidal Hasan (Fort Hood shooter) to Terre Haute and an expedition of his execution.

The Muzzie need not worry. Vast hords of Dorkbama ‘judges’ are competing to see who gets the permission to write the legally laughable reason why the slimeball was really trying to ....fill in some silly reason here. (Remember, they are DemocRAT judges. Any resemblance to real law is not only coincidental, it is forbidden.)

It took 6 years to execute Timothy McVey.
Hopefully we can beat that time.

At least McVeigh had the guts to waive all his appeals, but it still took 3 1/2 years.
99% of deathrow inmates beg for their kives for decades and the bleeding hearts in this country support them.

"It took 6 years to execute Timothy McVey." Nidal Hassan was sentenced to death in 2013 under the UCMJ (which is a federal criminal code) and you're still paying for his room, board and prayer rug.
I got a feeling this goblin is going to be with us a while too, regardless of how quickly he may be sentenced.

Our AG Bondi is technically correct. Just do it.

Judge Jeanine is the US Attorney for DC. I expect a very thorough trial.

He must be executed, and quickly. We have crossed the cultural rubicon, and are fighting for our nation; our very lives, at this point.

At best, Bondi is weak, a female version of Jeff Sessions. Todd Blanche, her deputy who runs DOJ on a day-to-day basis, is a “former” Democrat who previously worked with a Democrat-aligned “white shoe” law firm. I agree that Lakanwal, if guilty, should be executed. However, what has been done to investigate the communist and radical Muslim networks that use people like Lakanwal, Tyler Robinson, Thomas Crooks, et. al., to commit politically motivated acts of terror? What has been done to discover the funding sources of Antifa and domestic branches of overseas Muslim terror networks?

She can seek the death penalty but won’t find it with a DC jury/judge.

Are you guys ready for the press to start the “Trump seeks to murder immigrant father of 5 from impoverished background” stories?
To: WhiteHatBobby0701
If you let them in, trials later don’t matter. The damage is done.
