Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., appeared on MS NOW's "The Rachel Maddow Show" on Monday, where he responded to the Pentagon's announcement that it has opened a formal review into allegations of misconduct over a video calling on service members to "refuse illegal orders."
On Monday, the Pentagon announced its investigation into Kelly, a retired Navy captain, and said it may call the senator back to active duty to face court-martial proceedings or other administrative actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
When asked by Maddow about the Pentagon's investigation, Kelly said, "Well, Rachel, I said something that was pretty simple and non-controversial, and that was that members of the military should follow the law. And in response to that, Donald Trump said, I should be executed, I should be hanged. I should be prosecuted."

The point everyone seems to miss is the exhortation to the military to be “vigilant” to illegal orders which cannot be interpreted any other way that urging that members of the military judge what is lawful and what is not - by their own standards. That is where the sedition springs from.
There are some who call him AR15 Kelly, you know.
Dont use that kind of language here. Also, state your disagreement, no name- calling

I saw his face on television without any sound the other day...don’t know what he was saying, but with the sound off, he looked like Tim Walz.

Democrats are going down a very dangerous (for them) rabbit hole talking about the military not obeying illegal orders, the entire conduct of the Biden administration was an unbroken series of illegal schemes to be carried out by the U.S. military, border patrol, in order to subvert the laws and provide them with voters who should never have been in the country — they were allowed in because of illegal orders given to various agencies of the U.S. government.
Donald Trump has done nothing more than restoring the rule of law in this area. So what Kelly and others are really saying is this — we want these military and other forces to return to our practice of obeying illegal orders.
That was certainly sedition by any reasonable definition and even though we are a year into this new administration, no actions have been taken against those who proposed and carried out the seditious acts. That’s where this is going, I believe, and it should go there, so that there is never a repeat of the travesty unleashed by Obama’s third term and the figurehead leadership of Otto Penn. In some bizarro universe I could imagine these cretins regaining power and charging Donald Trump with sedition, the charges would be “you forced the armed forces and public servants to follow the law and the constitution, in blatant disregard of the woke opinions of socialists and globalists.”
