Trump signed an order designating parts of the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organizations.
The order focuses mainly on Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan and omits Turkey and Qatar altogether...
Conspicuous is the absence of reference to the Muslim Brotherhood's branches in Turkey and Qatar, which in fact are part of the government in those countries...

Netanyahu is the Machiavelli of our times IMHO.
The idea is to take out Iran Turkey will create a new Ottoman Empire when Iran is taken down.

Opposition politicians in Israel remind us that Netanyahu allowed Qatari money into Gaza to fund Hamas prior to October 7th.
A very complicated situation not as simple as some want to make it out.

Prime Minister Bibi’s policies are anything but “ruthless” —
he’s sent in THOUSANDS of full Truckloads of Free Food and Provisions to the terrorist encampment, Occupation of Gaza district.....during hostilities.....a “ruthless” policy that’s UNPRECEDENTED in known world history (even USA’s Marshall Plan for Germany did not commence until after hostilities ceased and Germany surrendered).
And as far as Machiavelli was concerned, Bibi is no Machiavelli. If he was, the entire foreign Occupation of so much (the majority) of the Jewish Promised Land including its very core regions of Judaea and Samaria) ... would have been brought to a close years ago. As a Machiavelli, Bibi is a clear failure.
I’ll grant this much: Prime Minister Bibi may WISH he was a Machiavelli. Many political leaders around the world (including in American history) have so wished.
Few even come close, though, and certainly Bibi hasn’t.

WKRP certainly a show I watched in the 1970’s I used to hang out at the local radio station most every Wednesday night for an Explorer Post meeting.
I was on my way to my own media career until the end of the 1990’s.
People who support Netanyahu like Loomer or Levin shout about Qatar running Tucker Carlson but President Donald Trump himself is friends with Qatar not to mention Qatar’s ally Turkey.
Plus Netanyahu allowed Qatar to fund Hamas in Gaza before October 7th.
And there is a criminal investigation in Israel of Mr. Netanyahu’s aides over Qatari money they got between 2021 and 2024 (Qatargate).
And President Trump is glued to Netanyahu wrote the President of Israel asking for Bibi’s pardon the other week.

But to not understand that Israel, a country of 10M, is surrounded by arabs and other muslims numbering in the 100s of millions that would absolutely annihilate them if given the chance. If anything, Israel has shown great restraint. They could easily kill every human in Gaza and far beyond.
Netanyahu is ruthless to those who threaten Israel. As have been other Israeli PMs before him. It is the price they must pay for surviving. If they did not play hardball, then you can bet that Turkey and Egypt and others would be plotting to push them “into the sea”. Instead they make a grudging truce with them because they know what the results would be. Iran relearned that lesson recently.
And October 7th saw 1200 Israelis killed and 240 hostages taken. That is the equivalent % of 41,800 Americans killed by hostile action. Yet many here, including the groyper incels, root for either the left wing parties in Israel to get rid on Netanyahu, or worse, for the jihadis to accomplish their goals
Getting back to October 7th why does Mr. Netanyahu oppose the Official State Inquiry to probe why O7 happened demanded by hostage families and the political opposition?
We already know that Qatar put money into Gaza before October 7th to fund Hamas and this was allowed by Mr. Netanyahu.
In addition a criminal investigation in Israel right now over Qatari money being given to Mr. Netanyahu’s aides from 2021 to 2024 (Qatargate).
And the Muslim Brotherhood is being protected in Qatar and Turkey by President Trump’s designation but it will help the Netanyahu gov’t ban an Arab political party in Israel to increase Bibi’s chances of winning the election next year.
Trump has Qatar and Turkey’s back and Qatar has put money into Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

His propaganda machine wants it to be Israel versus its enemies Israel led by Bibi and anyone who disagrees with Bibi’s policy gets the “Terrorist” or “Antisemite” label dropped on them.

i personally liked WKRP but not as one of my prime selections. I started into a miniature media career path with both local radio and newspapers but did not follow through with either. Perhaps a media career might have worked well?

The political opposition in Israel much of it on the Right (Former PM Naftali Bennett, Former Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman) agrees with the notion of Netanyahu in essence being arrogant and corrupt not the “Messiah” who is saving Israel from Iran and Company.
I’m glad you admitted allowing Hamas to be funded was an effort to divide the Palestinians prevent unity on a Palestinian State.
The issue of government’s astroturfing extremism to get their perceived enemies even real ones has traction.
It was the Syrian Civil War strategy a war even Jeffrey Epstein wrote a speech to support for former Israeli PM Ehud Barak. That war to take out allies of Iran.
But domestically here in the US the FBI spying on patriots sending in informants to video them firing weapons to entrap them convict them as ‘domestic terrorists’ is also of this genre.
