Gas was $2.99 here when Trump was sworn in. Within a short time it went up above $3.30. Finally got down to about $3.10 for last couple of weeks. Then today I see it is back up to $3.16... So there is no magic here. And I don’t know who or what is responsible.
Local areas vary depending on when the local supplier’s current price contracts were written, and different areas can have different costs of moving the product to the pump.
That’s just the simple ‘down and dirty’ stuff that affects the price through that part of the chain. There are many other factors that can vary widely.
Good of you to sign up for beating from the cult of personality - lol.
Shut up, harpy.
You don’t own the place.
And lease costs
Gas prices are stable around here at $2.90-3.10, but this is not lowering grocery prices. Everything got hyper-inflated under Biden and it’s staying there. There’s just too much demand with all the SNAP and EBT. We have to cut off the illegals from benefits, and then remove them from the system through deportation. It is the only thing that matters. Illegal immigrants are the connected in some way to every problem this country faces.
But unfortunately woke liberal democrats are distraught at the price for Xanax prescriptions that is sharply higher due to a supply shortage.
Ukraine! He’s mean to Z because Putin owns him! Yeah! That’s the ticket.
Thrash! Gnash teeth! Search around desperately for deflection!...................WAAAAAH! Hitler.
“San Antonio drivers may have noticed some interesting movement at the pump this week… Thanksgiving travelers are still expected to see cheaper gas at the pump compared to last year.”

Iris, I am in San Antonio. About three weeks ago, we were at $2.30 or so a gallon at the local Sam’s and Costco stations, which are the lowest prices in town. About a week and a half ago, those prices jumped up by $.30. Then it went down a little bit, then up again, and I bought gas today for $2.53 at Costco.
I am finding it very difficult to find the information about San Antonio gas prices to be anything even close to accurate - which makes me question the rest of the article.
Why all the hoopla over holiday spending every year?
Saving?? What's that???
I’m still paying $3.95/gal for Ethanol Free 90% Oct Premium, at Royal Farms, here in York, down from $4.95, in January. The Jeep’s HEMI V8 likes it, so that’s what it gets. </grin>
Yeah
After 4 years of 2nd term Backstabbing Shrub W
8 years of the Gay Lying Kenyan Obama
4 years of the Transgender Potato Biden
I THANK GOD that we finally have a REAL PRESIDENT again
Gas in eastern washington at $3.59
Regular 87...$2.38
Premium 91...$3.18
At $2.93, I like it, too!
Trump throwing a few bread crumbs to the MAGA Base I see...So how is Populism working out for you all?
You confuse broad conservatism with Populism. The Paleocon purist conservative minority will never be pleased because there is no electable person who meets their very narrow views.
The Paleocons can’t comprehend the fact the only path to the conservative agenda is within the Republican Party.
President Trump is the most successful Republican President in history
Oh Clarence your slip is showing...
