President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law, officially directing the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all unclassified records and documents connected to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The move marks a stunning reversal for the president, who until days ago was adamantly against releasing the files. Trump called on House Republicans to pass the bill on Sunday evening in a Truth Social post, saying it was time to move on from the controversy.
House Republicans, in turn, fell in line, voting with House Democrats to pass the legislation 427 to 1 on Tuesday. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) was the only lawmaker to vote “no” on the measure. Hours later the Senate unanimously passed the legislation before it was sent to the White House.
Attorney General Pam Bondi now has 30 days to “make publicly available in a searchable and downloadable format all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in the possession of the Department of Justice, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorneys’ Offices, that relate to Epstein.”
It’s unclear how much information will be gleaned from the released files. The legislation includes exceptions, including the possibility where the Justice Department could withhold or redact the identities and personal information of Epstein’s victims. The legislation also states that the Justice Department can move to withhold or redact information that “would jeopardize an active federal investigation or ongoing prosecution, provided that such withholding is narrowly tailored and temporary.”

Peeps aren't goonna be happy if DOJ says it's all "classified". . . . .
It doesn’t matter how much gets released.
If it doesn’t incriminate Trump they will say he hasn’t released it all.
This will never end.
Praying the victims find their peace come what may.
At the end of the day the President is a human being, he will be called to account by God for everything he did both personally and as a leader. And same goes for everyone in the files, and everyone handling them.
Hopefully the president will accomplish more good can be accomplished in the remainder of his term and that 2026, 2028 won’t be a disasters for conservatives.

Exactly..the commies dont want the Epstein files, they ONLY care if they can find Trumps name just ONCE in it, otherwise they dont care..they will do a search in the files to try to find the name “TRUMP” if it doesnt appear, they will say screw it and move on to the next thing
The TDS sufferers are on social media right now accusing Patel of having Trump’s name removed from the files. They are using an anonymous sourced article from Bloomberg as proof.
Even if the files are released they have cover to continue to accuse Trump of sex crimes.

Even the classified need to be reviewed, redacted where actual classified information is, and released.
The classification system is ABUSED to hide activities which would get people or institutions in trouble. The system is used to hide behaviors or decisions, which if brought to light would be seen as questionable, cause the courts to get involved, etc.
Everything is classified today. The ENTIRE FBI runs behind a wall of secrecy. Even the most mundane crap is on secret systems and the secret stamp is applied extremely liberally by the original classification source.
The idea that only specific technical know how, future operations, sources, or personnel who’s safety would be at risk if names and images are made public is foreign to most the IC. “Secret” gets stamped on pretty much everything.

I have suspected for a while that Trump was pretending to be cagey about releasing “the Epstein Files” because he was trying to give the Democrats enough rope to hang themselves with.
They’re already saying that

By announcing and calling on Bondi to initiate an investigation into Democrats linked to Epstein — anything related to an ongoing investigation can be redacted from said files.m
The timing of that followed by his manipulative u-turn in signing the bill (which he doesn’t need Congress for by the way…to release…) was fully intentional.

This is a good move by Trump but if he is sincere and wants to give this teeth, they need to have folks comb through all the classified files, redact, and then publish them too.
Shy of a CHS, specific technical capabilities, information that would tip off folks regards ongoing investigations, or privacy protected information regards the victims and others, EVERYTHING needs to be dumped out there. Every stupid email where some SA makes a joke, every IAs notes, every linguist’a summary, all the character assessments, interview statements, the entire case files to include the restricted files, even SIM information should be reviewed and released where possible.
Redact it all to make sure the bad guys don’t get ripped off
But release everything, and the unclassified material is only the tip of the iceberg.

Trump is protecting who the Biden regime protected when they had power for four years, foreign leaders who they need to do business with. Trump is making trade deals and doing other deals with foreign nations, I bet many of them have Epstein connections
