No J6er ever had his case scrutinized like this. Two tier justice at its finest.

...the use of potentially privileged communications during the investigation... The second person used to leak information is not a lawyer, to my knowledge, and wasn't Comey's lawyer (even if licensed). How can those communications be "privileged"?

Amazing how many i's need dotting and t's need crossing when it comes to prosecuting a member of DC's
nomenklatura but dragging a grandmother in chains half way across the country because she happened to be near the Capitol on Jan 6 gets the A-OK immediately from our distinguished judiciary.
Most of the Federal bench are partisan, lying scum.

How is it privileged when the attorney in question is a material witness and potential co-conspirator and should not be allowed to be on the case due to a conflict of interest?

Didn’t have time to read past the first few sentences. Was this a creditable judge with measurable IQ or was it a Dorkbama or Biden pseud0-judge?

Mistep #1 according to the Beltway bureaucrats, is investigating anything illegal on the part of leftists in power, in the past, present, or future.
The government swamps must provide a list of what crimes can be investigated and prosecuted by democrats, because the laws applying to me sure ain't the ones applied to them.

The DOJ is part of the Executive Branch. The courts, including this judge, are part of the Judiciary Branch.
One branch of our government does not outrank the other two.

Prosecutors have yet to go in front of a real jury, nor have they denied the evidence (In COMEY’S own handwritten note) to the the defense.
There isn’t any ‘prosecutor misconduct’ because you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. The real question is why the rush, since they now have evidence that Comey did obstruction of justice by hiding evidence in ‘burn bags’ in a ‘secret room’.
IMHO, Comey cooked himself by 1) writing down the evidence of subversion for political purposes 2) Hiding the evidence and Obstructing Justice. Fairly stupid behavior for a lawyer that is head of the FBI.
