Exactly right. Most normal 9-year-olds no nothing about sex. How in the world is a 9-year-old so far down the sexual perversion line that he even thinks about rape? In what world does a 9YO attack and urinate on another (a sign of contempt and humiliation).
I fear the perp was an illegal or a minority with the victim either white or another illegal.
I imagine he learned it on the internet, or from his family.

“I do not believe that these kids should be able to return home. Their behavior that caused them to do something so evil obviously started at home,” she told Sweeney.
Whether they did it or not, the judge just disqualified herself by referencing the kids as the acters of the scenario prior to trial and not innocent until proven guilty.

When my cousin was 9 or 10, he came home one day and told his mom that there was a 5 year old girl at the park who was offering to give blow jobs (not his term) to the boys. I don’t know where that little girl is today, but LORD have mercy on her.
The judge didn’t say that, the victim’s mother told the judge that.
In Elementary school, I was questioned by the Principal, because I was in the brush at the same time as a certain girl. I didn’t even remember seeing her, but she was on some watch list.
It was about 60 years ago or more, so the only way I remember is being questioned. She may have been raised like like the 5 year old you referenced.
We had a neighbor, who asked me and my brother if we wanted to see her C in the back seat of an old car. I was about 11, my brother 8... she was 9.. We were just playing pretend that we were driving the car.
What kind of family some children had? It is unfathomable to me.
