The family of transgender athlete (name redacted) filed a response in a forthcoming Supreme Court battle over biological males in women's sports.
The brief, filed by the athlete's mother, Heather Jackson, argues that West Virginia's law that prohibits transgender athletes from competing in women's sports violates Title IX.
Title IX does not explicitly protect the right of biologically male people to identify as women. The current administration and West Virginia state government do not interpret Title IX as protective of that right.
Heather Jackson's brief also makes note of her (son's) character, and (his) desire to play sports with girls.

The war on boys in high school sport is fast coming. New bean counter mandates are pushing the abolition of men's sport. The consequence of eliminating male sport is boys will use a gimmick to claim being girls to play because the door is closed for boys.
That is a mission of the modern Title IX activists. What will happen in your new high school when they are required to enforce the "no boys allowed" rule and the school only offers sport for girls? Boys are claiming to be girls now more often because the assault on male sport has become the issue. Olympic sport is target one. Now it's cutting the major revenue sports in order to push activists towards celebrating girls. What can boys do?

Eliminating sports programs from high schools and colleges would be one of the best things ever to happen in this country. I can’t imagine why anyone here on FR would object to the idea of getting government the hell out of sports.

The irony is Title IX was supposed to help give women a “level playing field” in sports- i went through college on a track scholarship and my college ultimately had to cut mens track and field because they were not spending enough $$$ on womens sports and spending too much $$$ on mens sports, per Title IX...
Then- under biden Title IX was changed to give men a chance to play- in womens sports!!!

Title IX would have never passed Congress had the idea that it would open the door to pretend girls/women competing with real girls/women. The Equal Rights Amendment failed for the same reason, once the possibility was made known.
