NBC Connecticut recently spoke with Matthew Mathison, an entrepreneur who has just written his first book, "Leadership Orbit."
A key part of the book, Mathison says, is making small simple changes to overcome large problems. A global problem like climate change is a great example.
“The act of doing something that you can actually control, completely changes a mindset from one of being scared and overwhelmed, sometimes paralyzed, to actually getting energy, getting excited and getting motivated,” Mathison said.
If you’re waiting for someone to lead, well, that leader could be you. Mathison believes we can all be leaders - start small and simple with local efforts to combat climate change.
“When it comes to climate change, small things may not make a difference today or tomorrow," Mathison said. "But if we actually do them over long periods of time, they will make a difference.”
Mathison said if you focus on things you can’t control, that’s where paralysis sets in. But taking action on things you can control is contagious.
“So I think climate change is one of those things where, boy, you could easily just give up. ‘This is too big. Oh, my little recycling effort is not going to make a big difference.’ But that’s the exact opposite of what needs to happen. We all need to do our part,” Mathison said.

Many ways people make a buck off the climate cult. This is one of them.

This 'author' is stealing an idea that has been around for-EVER. You ALWAYS break a big task into smaller parts. How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time!
😵
And two to take him.
Easy peasy. Quit reading pseudo-science comic book level climate change articles written by mere journalists who read and believe that they were written by true researchers (not ‘academics’ on ‘kollege’ grants given only to politically correct ‘researchers’.
Well, gotta admit “ CDS” has been around longer than “TDS”. Severe cases Trumpnosis are usually incurable .
God put the penguins on the South Pole and Polar Bears on the North Pole so the bears would not eat all the penguins.
I found there are two people on the issue:
People who don’t believe in Climate Change but act like they do.
People who believe in Climate Change but act like they don’t.
They could grab a shovel and go join their climate fraud buddies in Brazil, who are clear-cutting 100,000 trees from the rain forest in order to build a highway to the climate conference.
That's true, especially when the recycle service dumps your recycles in the same trash pile as the other garbage. The best way to support a clean environment is to support Capitalism. Capitalist innovation creates cleaner and more energy efficient systems.
And Marxism in turn has the worst environmental record in history. Just look at the Soviet Union and the Peoples Republic Of China for proof.
An inconvenient truth lol hahahaha
Boy, Matthew Mathison, am I glad I live in KS, the climate never changes here...except nearly every day.
M A R K E T I N G dressed up as news.
I recommend bourbon.

How ‘bout, “Nut up!”
Yes, yes, just do a small thing — like OK a tiny tax that will amount to billions and I get to skim it.
The core for climate anxiety is to stop listening to the lies about it. No amount of spending will affect the global temperature by a degree, or the sea level by an inch.
The only concern of climate “scientists” should be how to adapt to what God sends us through Mother nature.
Stop building in flood plains, for example.
