* Describes itself as “North America's only cap-and-trade system for all six greenhouse gases”
* Received startup grants totaling $1.1 million from the Joyce Foundation in 2001-02, when Barack Obama sat on the foundation's board
* Closely tied to Al Gore's company, Generation Investment Management
* A key Chicago Climate Exchange board member is Maurice Strong, who has a history of insider-trading transgressions.

That President Trump took the US out of the Paris Climate Accord is a big deal, for those seeking to profit by trading essentially worthless "credits." He did it in the first term, and then the Democrats took to US back in, and again last January the US was withdrawn from Paris to cries of anger from the Left. All that money is meant to keep a "scheme" operating -- money from consumers flowing to fat cats.

And the $2 billion was part of the $20 billion we sent to them courtesy of the US Taxpayers. A third to the group (never in any agency spending bill), a third to the facilitating Beltway bureaucrat handlers (NGO-NFP Schemes), and a third back to the DNC. (Less10% for the big guy)

USAID needs to be buried deep, earth salted, and paved over. OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corp.) was the ugly little bastard that was so ugly they declared it disbanded, only to be rebranded as USAID, run by the State Department and loosely with the CIA. They then grew it exponentially every year for the past 30 years. Yet nobody from the state department has submitted a budget request to congress in 14 years. Mostly because they have no clue what they do with the money, and don't want to go to jail for lying to congress. Nobody could submit a budget after 14 years of not knowing where it all went? The agency heads will transfer, quit, retire, or develop dementia, before explaining their spending to congress. Sadly, that is the job detailed be done by congress in our constitution. It's also the one job they have not done in 14 years.
