'Article III Project' founder Mike Davis told Bannon's "War Room" podcast that if the charges against former Trump national security advisor John Bolton are true, he is going to prison for a "very long time."
MIKE DAVIS: The U.S. Attorney in the District of Maryland is a career federal prosecutor, they worked with the national security division at Main Justice. There are several career attorneys' names on this indictment, so this is not a political indictment. It is a very serious indictment. You're looking at 18 different counts against John Bolton -- eight of them for transmitting national defense information, that means sending national defense information, apparently through his personal email accounts. And then they got him for ten counts of retaining national defense information. These are very serious espionage charges.
What's so damning in this indictment for John Bolton in this indictment is they go through to show his knowledge, intent, and quote him in the past where he's talked about how doing the very things he allegedly did here is a very serious national security crime -- espionage -- and they go through these documents. And some of these documents are top secret with code names, so these are beyond top secret documents, as far as I can tell, from his time as the president's national security advisor.
So he had access to some of the most classified information in all of our government, and he is sending it via personal email and retaining it. You're not going to be able to say this is a political 0case here with the career prosecutors in the District of Maryland, career prosecutors at Main Justice, and the National Security Division, and the sheer number of classified documents -- highly classified...

Whether they're true is a separate and distinct matter from whether he will be convicted of them. Just ask O.J. Or Alfred Dreyfus.
Well, maybe somebody will come with “no reasonable prosecutor” excuse, but I doubt it.
Bolton has a problem. Nobody om power likes him.
Obviously Trump is not his friend any more, and the Dems really do not like him either.
They may use him, to bash Trump, but not to fight for him, certainly less than fight for that Maryland dad.
Or…… they will flip him and get him to talk about what he knows about the Left.

The court system is compromised by partisan political hacks of the left, there needs to be military tribunals to have any chance at justice being served.

I’m still doubtful any of the Deep State bad guys will ever see a day in jail, but if they have to find a token, it would be Bolton because he was a former Trump supporter.
Severe punishment is not deserved. As badly as he treated Trump, he surely didn’t intend to harm the USA. Carelessness and stupidity, not malice or treason.

He actually does have one friend in high places... Clarence Thomas. Per Thomas’ autobiography, a gazillion years ago at Yale’s law school, Clarence lost his wallet. Bolton found it, returned it and the two became good friends. Whether or not this friendship will in any way help save Bolton’s ass... stay tuned.
Sending Bolton to prison may well be the Fort Sumter of CW II.
There are legitimate means for politically attacking and opposing a sitting president. Leaks and dissemination of classified state secrets are not included amongst those.
