An illegal immigrant carrying a New York state commercial driver’s license with "NO NAME GIVEN" listed as his name was arrested by ICE in Oklahoma, according to DHS.
The agency said that it has been working in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Transportation as well as state and local law enforcement to get illegal truck drivers off American highways following the high-profile accident involving Indian illegal Harjinder Singh.
Working with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, ICE arrested another Indian illegal alien named Anmol Anmol. DHS said that Anmol was carrying a New York commercial driver’s license on which his first name was listed as "NO NAME GIVEN."
A redacted photo of the license obtained by Fox News Digital shows it is a Class A CDL that was issued in April and is valid until May 2028. There is a star at the top right corner of the license, indicating that it is a REAL ID.
Anmol was arrested by ICE on Sept. 23, 2025, during a routine inspection at a truck scale on I-40. Record checks conducted by ICE revealed that Anmol is an illegal alien from India who entered the country in 2023. DHS said he was released by the Biden administration ...
Commenting on Anmol’s arrest, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said that "New York is not only failing to check if applicants applying to drive 18-wheelers are U.S. citizens but even failing to obtain the full legal names of individuals they are issuing commercial drivers’ licenses to."
"Allowing illegal aliens to obtain commercial driver’s licenses to operate 18-wheelers and transport hazardous materials on America’s roads is reckless and incredibly dangerous to public safety. Thanks to the successful 287g partnership of ICE and Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Anmol Anmol is no longer posing a threat to drivers," added McLaughlin.

Too funny! By “hot seat”, you would think some clerks and bureaucrats would be charged, stripped of pensions, and prosecuted? But no, so expect much more of the same.
So ICE needs to pose for a picture for every POS IA Invader and give them a copy of his biography, address, kids’ schools, wife’s work place, car information etc. but the Illegal Alien scumbags can drive around with “NO NAME GIVEN” ON THEIR POS DRIVER’S LICENSES? It appears their parents were too ashamed to name the ahos when they were “thrown”. Real scums with no names.
Kinda throws the whole “Real ID” thing up in the air, doesn’t it? And that ID would allow the alien to get on an airplane through TSA screening.

Does no name given apply to his nonexistant middle name?:

So much for the value of REAL ID. Wouldn’t it be fun if they invalidated the REAL ID on every New York drivers license due to the state’s failure to correctly implement the program.
I betcha NY isn’t the only state.
How did this illegal get a Real ID when I couldn’t get the star on my license because I didn’t have an unexpired passport to show the DMV at the time I was getting my new license?
I wonder how that would play for an American citizen applicant ???
Real ID is intended to track, enslave, and punish non-compliant citizens.

I’ve known other people from India that have had two or three names —so I am a bit suspicious about this “mononym” story.
Aren’t driver’s licenses partially about driving privilege AND identification? So they just want to shield illegals with this nonsense?

But the NY DMV still is, and I’m wondering why they haven’t been dealt with yet. All NY drivers licences should be invalidated until a full review can be done.
So now Real IDs are a joke now.
