Venezuela's 'Iron Lady' Dedicates Nobel Prize to Trump As Maduro's Death Rattle Gets Louder

As Robert reported earlier today, Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado won the Nobel Peace Prize. My personal opinion is that if couldn't have been Donald Trump, this was the next best choice. Machado is the face of the movement that is looking communism in the eye in Latin America and telling it to take a hike — something that will eventually benefit every one of us here in the U.S. if it's successful. She's worked tirelessly at taking down the country's illegitimate narco-terrorist regime for years.

.."Even better, Marchado responded to her win by dedicating the prize to the citizens of Venezuela and President Trump. She wrote the following on X (emphasis mine):

This recognition of the struggle of all Venezuelans is a boost to conclude our task: to conquer Freedom.

We are on the threshold of victory and today, more than ever, we count on President Trump, the people of the United States, the peoples of Latin America, and the democratic nations of the world as our principal allies to achieve Freedom and democracy.

I dedicate this prize to the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump for his decisive support of our cause!"

If Venezuela flips, it might be a great place to live. No sodomites, no abortion, opportunities to build…

Good for her. At least she seems to recognize it should have gone to our President. The sniveling little Trump haters just could not give it to him.

I could be wrong but I actually thought the deadline for nominations was Jan 2025. Trump should be eligible in 2026.

Class act; she knows they should have given it to him. Frankly, I’m surprised they didn’t give it to some leftist.

Fox and Friends said this morning that they have interviewed her several times, and each time she thanked Pres Trump for his help and support.

The trick is, to get that sound of Maduro's death rattle to cease.

You are correct.

Here's a tidbit....

Obama was nominated for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize....11 days after he took office.

Please...don't laugh.

Takes away all credibility from this highly sought after prize.

Yasser Arafat won it in 1994, which is another joke. Although it would’ve been great to see Trump get it to rub it in the Democrats’ noses, this prize is on par with the Oscars and Grammys.

My personal opinion is that if [it] couldn't have been Donald Trump...

This year's award is for acts from last year. Trump should be the frontrunner for next year.

I don't want President Trump soiled by the NPP just for being elected, like Obama was.

On a different note, this will make killing Marchado much more risky for Maduro.

What class! A noble lady!

Hope President Trump responds also with grace to the entire event.

Right…I don’t know why people are getting wrapped around the axle about this. The nominations for this one closed on January 31, I think, less than two weeks after Trump’s inauguration.

The lefties are all cackling about this on X, but they don’t understand the nomination timeline and process.

If Venezuela flips, it might be a great place to live.

But only after Tren De Aragua is eliminated.

People routinely post threads containing the same paragraph twice, sometimes the entire article twice.

It must be easy to do...probably posted via the mobile small screen.. For my part, though, I would be embarrassed not to proofread and correct such an obvious error.

That said, thanks much for the posting...it looks like good news.
