In the Middle East political arena, few voices have been as steadfast, fearless, and courageous as Erfan Ghani Fard. (See here). He is a counterterrorism analyst, journalist, and author who, over decades of work, has examined and exposed the growth of extremism, analyzed the inner structures of the Iranian regime, and critiqued the narratives dictators use to maintain power.
Erfan Fard is a highly educated and accomplished individual; he holds a PhD in International Relations and Security Studies and has served as a university professor. He has no criminal record, no history of violence, and has always been a peaceful, law-abiding individual committed to contributing meaningfully to society.
His writings, interviews, and published works are not merely academic or theoretical—they are acts of resistance. By speaking truth to power, he has placed himself in significant personal danger.
Today, he is detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Texas, facing a future fraught with serious personal risk.
Mr. Fard’s published work includes articles in Israel National News, The Jerusalem Post, and Israel Hayom. He is also the author of several books, including Regime Change in Iran, : The Gruesome Mullah, Tehran Dictator and The Black Shabbat. These writings openly expose extremism, terrorism, and repressive regimes—activities that make him a direct target for retaliation if returned. Because of this record, deportation would almost certainly lead to persecution and could be fatal.
It is important to note that Erfan’s current situation relates solely to his immigration status, an issue that arose primarily due to the negligence of his previous lawyer. This matter has no connection to his political or professional record.

Yes, but just as (justice or justus?) ICE should not only look at those who are here illegally/incorrectly who publicly support terrorist and communist regimes, justice should not allow those who support Israel publicly to remain without a hearing or a review.
He also opposes the regime that they propose to send him back to. The hearing and review must take into account what they will do to him, should they send him back to Iran.
Is he an illegal alien?
Read the article. See for yourself.
Did did he violate our immigration laws?
Then he can be deported.
Has he had his court date and due process?
Has the court ordered him deported?
If so deport him. If he faces threats from his home country of iran. I’d say deport him to another western county. Poland would probably be safest if they would take him.
Why do you think I can read faster than you. Read the article. Decide for yourself. I’m busy.
Was he here illegally? What if he was a bank robber?
Has he applied for asylum? A person who is from Iran and is in danger of death and imprisonment in a hostile country, for his political stance and work, should be eligible for asylum. It’s not as if he’s a gang banger who has been defrauding America by illegally draining tax payer dollars, or working under an illegitimate social security number. But why won’t Israel take him, if he ends up getting deported?
If he is in violation of out laws deport him
End of story
In the time it took you to write this, you could have read the article and found out all about him.
He also opposes the regime that they propose to send him back to. The hearing and review must take into account what they will do to him, should they send him back to Iran.
I recommend el salvador...
Except support of Israel does not conflict with American values. Furthermore support for Israel has been the official policy of the US since Israel became a nation in 1949. In addition, Israel is our most powerful and important ally in the Middle East.
I recommend Israel. He has information. He’s the enemy of our enemy. No brainer.
