Yes, but just as (justice or justus?) ICE should not only look at those who are here illegally/incorrectly who publicly support terrorist and communist regimes, justice should not allow those who support Israel publicly to remain without a hearing or a review.
He also opposes the regime that they propose to send him back to. The hearing and review must take into account what they will do to him, should they send him back to Iran.
Except support of Israel does not conflict with American values. Furthermore support for Israel has been the official policy of the US since Israel became a nation in 1949. In addition, Israel is our most powerful and important ally in the Middle East.
