Senior officials at the U.S. Department of Justice have held multiple meetings in recent days to consider a possible federal ban of transgendered individuals from owning firearms, Breitbart News has learned.
Multiple sources familiar with the matter, including one official inside the DOJ, confirmed to Breitbart News that the Office of Legal Council (OLC)—which advises the Attorney General on legal matters—has held several such meetings since the tragic shooting, allegedly by a transgendered individual, that killed 2 children at a Minneapolis Catholic school and injured 21 others.
This legal question of banning firearm ownership for transgendered individuals would focus on whether these people suffering from gender dysphoria are in fact mentally ill and therefore should be denied firearm ownership while they are unstable and unwell.

I don’t think this is feasible. As a dealer I’m supposed to ask, are you a dude or dudette? Then not sell the one in the lite loafers a gun. Glad I’m armed everywhere I go. I may need AOR sooner than I hoped, which is never.
It might be a way to get Dhimmicrats to support the 2nd Ammendment!
Maybe have a question when buying a gun. Have you ever been treated for mental illness. That puts a broad stroke on things and doesn’t discriminate.
Throw in anyone on any psychotropic drugs as well and that’s a huge win.

Gender dysphoria was long listed as mental illness. Somehow that has gone by the wayside, and here we are.

Actually, it sounds like they re going to require a psychological assessment with a bad result before an individual tranny gets a ban. Bad reporting, bad journalism, bad writing. Unless it was intentional to get Dim’s panties in a wad
“Trans” individuals are just about the most psychologically unstable creatures you’ll find. And true mental instability is *absolutely* a legitimate reason to deny a person access to firearms.
Great point. However, there are going to be people that are all for the 2nd Amendment - except when they aren't.
