Trump’s use of National Guard during LA immigration protests violated federal law, judge rules

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that the Trump administration violated federal law in the use of National Guard troops amid Southern California immigration enforcement operations and accompanying protests.

Judge Charles Breyer found President Donald Trump’s administration violated federal law by sending troops to the Los Angeles area.

The judge in San Francisco did not require the remaining troops to be withdrawn, however.

He set his order to go into effect on Friday.

The order comes after California sued. *** Lawyers for the Republican administration have argued the Posse Comitatus Act doesn’t apply because the troops were protecting federal officers, not enforcing laws.

This has to be ended. If the Republic goes with it, I don't care any more even if I die. Illegal alien Mexican married my middle son (military) and when five years were up (Dec. 24) and she had just secured citizenship, she filed for six months separation (California law) and then filed for a no-fault divorce, again California law (he did nothing worthy of divorce) and will get half of their assets (California law). I want the immigration laws enforced at gunpoint now. Judges have to be removed.

At this point, these judicial rulings are meaningless to me pending appeal all the way up to the Supreme Court. The very high ratio of rulings overturned indicates that most of these rulings are pure garbage and won’t stand.

I never thought I would see the FBI as corrupt. They pulled if off by becoming weaponized over a couple of decades to where they have breached all trust and I just see them as a dangerous and questionable institution. That trust is dead and good luck getting it back.

The lower courts are now doing the same thing as the FBI. The trust is completely gone and good luck getting it back. I no longer see the lower courts as a place to administer the law and navigate the details of law. The lower courts are now simply resistance operative corruptly violating the law and pulling law out of their woke asses. Good luck getting that trust back. I see a ruling today and just assume it is weaponized and politicized.
