What we know:
An Amtrak Police Sergeant observed a man on a scooter, identified as Scott Pichon, approach two members of the South Carolina Army National Guard. The incident happened on Friday, August 22, at 4:43 p.m., according to a statement of facts from the FBI.
The two guardsmen were on active federal duty as part of the presidential initiative to "Make the District of Columbia Safe and Beautiful".
The sergeant reportedly observed Pichon make a noise as if he were coughing up mucus and then spit a mixture of saliva and mucus on the two guardsmen.
The mixture landed on one guardsman's face and the other's neck. The suspect did not stop his scooter as he spat on them. The sergeant then placed Pichon under arrest, according to the FBI

Scott Pichon, identified as a Maryland attorney. I’ve not seen any reports indicating who he might be working for or what a Maryland attorney was doing on a scooter in front of Union Station in DC in the middle of the afternoon.

He might have put his good job in jeopardy. Might have.

We must understand the sea of propaganda filth the Democrats and other leftists swim in. They constantly read about Republicans being Nazis and it’s really dangerous.
The hotheads like this attorney and the man who threw a sandwich at Federal officers will lose their jobs and face large legal fees. However, the real danger does not come from those who cannot control their temper but the large majority who will lay low and bide their time while subverting the MAGA agenda.
Oh please. A freaking grand jury just said no charges to the sandwich guy. Grandpa jury in DC like these activities.
