Parents of an 11-year-old girl have asked the Supreme Court to hear their complaint against a Massachusetts school district that secretly transitioned her to (sexual deviancy) — even having her work with a gender-transitioning nonprofit behind their backs.
Stephen Foote and Marissa Silvestri say the Ludlow School Committee, a Massachusetts public school system, socially transitioned their daughter against their wishes.
School officials at Baird Middle School in Ludlow allowed her to transition to a (censored) identity, use boys’ facilities, go by a male name and use nonbinary pronouns, the parents’ complaint states.
“For more than a century, this Court has safeguarded parents’ right to make key decisions about their children’s upbringing, education, and healthcare,” their petition to the high court reads. “Petitioners seek refuge in those decisions.”
Mr. Foote and Ms. Silvestri said they became aware of the situation when a middle school teacher, who was concerned, disclosed that the school counselor had instructed staff not to disclose “B.F.’s” male name to them. That teacher was later fired.

When I was in school, they wouldn’t so much as give you an aspirin. Now they’ll hurry a girl across state lines for an abortion or castrate your boy. How astonishing.

I am from this state, but…it doesn’t matter what state you are from to see this as a horrible thing to do to a vulnerable child who doesn’t know any better, and worse, to do it to a 11 year old without the parent’s consent.
What an abominable infringement and criminal invasion and negation of parental rights by the state. I can’t believe this is something both condoned and encouraged by even so evil a state government as Massachusetts.
Never mind that it should be considered as child abuse and punishable by prison AND fines for parents to allow this and for so-called practitioners to perform these kinds of procedures.
What have we done? How have we come to this point? And I guarantee you, it isn’t just Massachusetts that allows or even encourages this to happen.
This makes me feel ashamed to be the citizen of a country where this is legally encouraged and allowed.
Bankrupt the people, medical, and educational entities involved.
They want to sow chaos, for chaos creates opportunities. In this case, the opportunity is to usher in communism. Because communism flourishes in chaos as leaders provide tighter controls to combat the problems they create.

Now that you mention the money, since the federal government is stealing everybody's wallets by means of deep state Congress's abuse of its 16th Amendment powers (direct taxes) imo, I wonder if unconstitutional federal funding incentives from Democratic Administrations were involved in this Massachusetts perversion.

This doesn’t make sense. The article says that the appeals court sided with the parents. Therefore the parents have no reason to appeal to the Supreme Court. So, it seems the school system must be the ones asking and the parent’s lawyers would then have filed in opposition.
These pervs who are targeting preteens need the death penalty. Such laws need to be passed and enforced. Enough of these deviants who are poisoning our youth.

The ruling that had come out of the 7th U.S. District Court of Appeals in a Wisconsin fight claimed that parental rights were not affected when schools secretly encouraged children to be transgender, so the parents had no standing to bring the case.
The need should be too obvious to require legislation, but it is now controversial that the nuclear family should be protected as the basic building block of any society. The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights declares, “The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State…. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.”
How shameful and moronic of our society not to embrace a universal understanding that parents must stand between their children and government intervention.

Look again. The appeals court sided against the parents,ruling that the schools’ intention to ‘create an inclusive environment’ did not interfere with parents’ rights to direct the upbringing of their child.
**When in reality, the school’s actions clearly DO interfere with those same parental rights!
