A group of boys at a grade school in Loudoun County in Virginia were recently suspended from school because they objected to a female student in their locker room who identifies as male.
The female student even took pictures in the locker room but the boys were suspended for objecting. The case is outrageous.

The radical madness in Loudoun County, Virginia, just hit a new low. Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has decided to SUSPEND two boys at Stone Bridge High School, not because they misbehaved, not because they broke the law, but because they dared to ask why a girl was in the boys’ locker room.
7News reported earlier this year that LCPS launched a Title IX investigation against the boys after they were caught on video asking the obvious question: Why is there a girl in the boys’ locker room?
That video, however, wasn’t recorded by the boys; it was recorded by the female student who identifies as male. A direct violation of LCPS policy, according to the news outlet.
Yet instead of disciplining the rule-breaker, the school launched a full-blown investigation against the boys themselves.
The school’s Title IX Office determined the boys were guilty of “sexual harassment” and “sex-based discrimination.”
Their punishment? A 10-day suspension, a no-contact order with the female student, forced meetings with administrators, and a permanent smear on their academic records that could destroy their college prospects.
Now it is being reported that one of the boys was exempted from the suspension. He happens to be a Muslim.
SCOOP: In Louden County, there were three boys that were involved in the Title IX investigation, but only two were suspended.
Why?
Because the third boy was Muslim, so the progressive administrators didn’t want to punish him.

The Daily Signal confirmed this:
Glenn Youngkin, Virginia’s Republican governor, addressed the issue on “The John Fredericks Radio Show” on Tuesday.
He noted that “instead of pursuing an investigation into the biological female, the school system pursues an investigation against these three young students who are simply uncomfortable because there is a biological female in the male locker room.”
Youngkin noted Miyares’ investigation and said the attorney general thinks “this was a retaliatory process against these three young men.”
He also noted that Loudoun County Public Schools initially investigated three boys—one Muslim, two Christian—but dropped the investigation into the Muslim boy, while holding the Christian boys on the hook.…

Sounds to me like grounds for a 14th Amendment lawsuit.
If this isn’t an episode of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” it should be.
The anti-Christian bias could not possibly be more explicit.

Got it. The so-called “Republican” governor says it’s “shocking” - but doesn’t say he will be make sure it is stopped and prevented in the future.
Maybe he’ll send a stern letter to the superintendent.
Authorities need to clean this mess up double quick.
Get rid of all the school officials involved. Defrock them to prevent them from harming children in the future.
Get counseling for the children that have been harmed already.

Would that matter be a civil rights case if someone was given preferential treatment? Not addressing the core issue but the punishment itself would appear to be a separate matter.

I’m glad that authorities are dealing with this issue.
But I note this Virginia school district issue not to mention the abortion procurement issue in the Fairfax County, Virginia school district become public knowledge and newsworthy in time for the 2025 elections for Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General in Virginia.
There’s political timing in all this most certainly to help the cause of the GOP.
It’s interesting to see how the crazy left reacts to situations that pit one of their protected class members against another.
So from this we learn that in the leftwing half-brain, muslims trump gender kooks.
Worked in Loudoun in the early 90’s and have watched its sad decline into woke liberalism. Too many carpetbaggers brought in by government jobs and tech company expansion. Amazing how financial affluence can ruin an area.
Now demand equal protection.
If the muslim claimed he was black then the school would be sued for millions ...
This quip about ruining their future college prospects open another stupid trend. Other than grades (and even only those in high school should count), why does anything a grade school kid get reported to colleges?

The most likely would be true for a Muslim as well. They too have become a protected class.
