I don’t know why you keep posting that nonsense about the Trump-Vance-Zelensky fiasco. It has been repeatedly debunked all over this website.

The dignity of the White House was lost in the indignity of the host's ignominious treatment of his guest. Never in our history has a President of the United States defiled the sacred ground of the White House with such a wretched display of rudeness. You really do believe your own BS.
You prattle on as if you know something, as if you are some kind of great diplomat who understands how the world works. And if only people would listen to you, the problem would be solved. That Trump guy knows nothing. He just never succeeds at anything. His track record is failure.
All this while hiding behind the avatar of the founder of the KKK and a great democrat founding father. Just brilliant you are. So capable. So smart. So nuanced.
It's stunning how wrong, and arrogant about being wrong, you are. Yet here you are prattling on about things you actually think are true.
Question for you to answer: If Trump is so bad at this peace process because he's so rude, how is it that he has been so successful in forging peace via the Abraham accords during his last term? and how is it that he has stopped so many little (and some not so little) conflicts all over the world these last 7 months?
I await your answer oh great one.

Its purpose was not to maintain the dignity of the White House, that was waived by President Trump when he unceremoniously evicted president Zelinski from the premises because Zelinski had too much grit, and too much patriotism to submit to Trump's demands
You're allied with Ukraine, while most of us here are not. Once you get that premise in your head, everything will make more sense to you.

The little perv is a pig, so it’ll be interesting to see what he does. He knows that disrespect irks PDJT and MAGA, and coming dressed like a slob is a not-so-subtle way to stick it to everyone.

Sounds like the deacons in our church on Maui.

“Or should he wear a tie with his suit?”
Absolutely a tie. Susie Wiles should be like a maitre d at a fancy restaurant and be supplied with a stash of ties for him — just in case. They all should have some sort of MAGA reference on them.

He’d better watch his mouth too. Last time he called JD Vance a bitch (suka).

“Trump was right to point out that Zelensky owed a debt of gratitude to America for its assistance,”
I’m glad Vance told him clearly that he “never said thank you”. Jerk thought he’d show up and deal with co-grifter Biden. He learned that he was wrong.
And the eye-rolling... OMG!

The three principals involved all are stubborn men, and not likely to make compromises. They all want to save face and appear to be alpha. Trump and Putin are in it for their countries, although Putin’s goals are wrong-headed. Zyy is in it for the money — for himself and his wife’s shopping trips.
I am not hopeful that this will be resolved for at least 20 more years when there will be different people involved.

Do they make suits that small?
To: BradyLS
“But I notice a ton of execs _don’t_ wear ties. Just an open collar.”
It’s casual Friday when they don’t wear a tie. It’s also because it’s a new generation of leaders.

Now that he’s been advised that a suit would be more appropriate it would be even more disrespectful if he didn’t.

Anyone who believes that the problem of Zelinski's visit was the fact that he was not wearing a suit or that he was "disrespectful" has drunk too much Trump Kool Aid.
You are quite correct. Zelinski has made some promise to his people not to wear a suit until the war is over. He might show up wearing a military uniform, as he is CIC of Ukraine's military, but won't wear a civilian suit. Trump knows this. Rolling out the red carpet for a butcher who started the bloodiest war in Europe since WWII, while failing to meet with the victim of that aggression over its president's wardrobe, would make Trump look very bad. It won't win Trump the Nobel Peace Prise he desires.
