At this point, anybody can see that Putin will not agree to a peace deal which doesn’t grant him Ukraine, or for now, the part of Ukraine that Russia controls.

Talking to Zelensky won’t solve anything. Zelensky will just reiterate Ukraine’s needs for American aid, and that of the EU/NATO or anybody else that wants to get involved ip pushing back Russia.

I can only surmise that what Trump is doing, in the face of intransigence from Russia/Putin, is seeking a deal which will leave no doubts that he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. The other deals he has negotiated to end other minor wars/conflicts, are enough for the liberal-minded Nobel committee members. Trump has to go BIG, or no peace prize.

“No deal reached” every “news” outlet is running the failed summit narrative. It is a misrepresentation of the truth. The hatred for Trump is central to everything.

to hammer out “all of the details”

There will be only one hammer in the room and I'd advise Trump not to let go of it.

Yup.
AND, the narrative they began with last night was that Trump is wrong to negotiate with Putin because Putin is indicted by the ICC. LOL!

One problem for those effers. Niether Russia nor the USA are subscribers to the “ICC” and its band of leeches.

And besides that. They forget, Netanyahu is also wanted by the ICC.

I agree with you but lets hope for the best on these Trump-Russia-Ukraine negotiations. Talking is better that killing thousands each month. We might get lucky.

This could be Z’s last chance to agree to something. Trump may be presenting what is known in the contracting world as a “best and final offer”; if Z fails to accept I wouldn’t be surprised to see Trump walk. One thing we know for sure is that Europe doesn’t want this ball in their court they have lots of incentive to push Z into signing a deal. JMHO

Will Z wear a suit?

He should if Trump and JD expects him to do that.

If he wants to do it in his own style, he can put on a camouflage suit.

I am so proud of President Putin’s willingness to negotiate for peace even though the aggression was initiated by U and the EU.

Correction: Putin is the aggressor. He started this war.

Trump has to go BIG, or no peace prize.

Trump knows he needs to get us out of this war or he'll be blamed for it.

He also knows Ukraine's only choices are conceding the annexed territory and remaining neutral toward Russia or losing far more territory and lives.

We've been the aggressor from the start.

We fomented an illegal coup, installed a puppet government hostile to Moscow that threatened its naval base in Crimea and setoff a civil war in Ukraine.

This after promising the Russians no eastward expansion of NATO in the early '90s. Even Biden warned in 1997 that the Russians wouldn't tolerate the expansion of NATO eastward.

Ukraine agreed in its constitution to be politically neutral toward Russia and damn well knew the consequences if it wasn't.

If Russia or China pulled anything like this in Mexico, we would have invaded.

If the Panama Canal was threatened, as Russia' naval base in Crimea was, we'd take military action.

No, what is anti-American are policies like the ones Obama, Biden, globalists and neocons have pushed for in Ukraine since 2014.

They are policies that screw over American citizens in order to enrich SCUM like the Bidens, George Soros, politicians that bought and paid for whores of the defense industry like Lindsey Graham and Nikki Haley.

That's who YOU ARE SIDING WITH. You're just as much the enemy as any leftist or Democrat.
