Ukraine says it has struck a critical oil-pumping station in Russia’s Bryansk region, igniting a large fire at a hub feeding the Druzhba pipeline to Europe. The Unecha facility also links to the Baltic Pipeline System-2, which carries Russian crude to Ust-Luga, the country’s second-largest Baltic oil port.

They’re just now getting around to hitting Putin where it hurts?
“gniting a large fire at a hub feeding the Druzhba pipeline to Europe”
More like hitting Europe where it hurts.
But what about the environment!!
Winter is coming soon.
Euroweenies will be freezing their butts soon. Solar is dormant in winter and wind is erratic.
Euroweenies think humans can cause climate change. Obviously they are ignorant of the Sun being million times bigger than tiny earth.
Incentives for Euroweenies to pressure both sides for peace.

I wonder what their gas storage capacity is at. I doubt they have enough yet to get through the winter.
Maybe Putin destroys, completely levels, 4 square blocks of downtown Kiev and Zelensky’s home in response. Maybe.....
Ukraine always does something like this to distract attention from the frontlines when things are going badly.

Yes. Can't have a peace agreement - must cause mayhem and deflect! Once again, working on discouraging peace agreements. But then, will look into the camera and claim Putin doesn't want peace.
No admission that Russian took care of the major transit hub in North Western Ukraine and that it was coimpletely destroyed; not shut down to wiped out. This was a strong message to those who send oil to/thru Ukraine during the SMO. Russia actually took out two major transit points. Their destruction in the past week has resulted in a major revamping of Ukrainian logistics to the military, and it cut supplies.
I believe this week the Russian budget shows that Oil Revenues are up 40% this year. The importance of oild and gas in the Russian budget is declining; gradually, incrementally overall the overall revenue from these two sources have fallen behind PAYROLL TAXES which are very low compared to the West.
People in the west fail to recognize or refuse to understand that Russia is becoming more noral and they have advanced financial markets to fund the government today. The time when Russia’s Federal Govt depended upon oil/gas is long past. The eocnomy is not longer distorted.
Manufacturing has increased. The payroll taxes alone, as I said before, have surpassed the revenue to the Fed Govt from Gas and Oil.
Because of the propoganda efforts in the West many in this FR forum will venemtly disagree, but Russia is growing stronger while the west is headed for weakened economic conditions.
