Target shooter 'coldly executed girl, 4, in back seat of car after making her watch as he murdered her grandpa'

A tragic image showed the 4-year-old girl who was tragically shot dead by a crazed gunman outside of Target moments after she watched her grandfather murdered.

Astrid Chow was shot in front of her grandmother along with grandfather Adam Chow, 65, in the parking lot of the Target in Austin, Texas.

The shooter- 32-year-old Ethan Blaine Nieneker - also killed Target worker Hector Leopoldo Martinez Machuca, 24.

Nieneker was subdued by police tasers as he ran naked out of a 'porta potty' after he fled the store in northern Austin on Monday.

Chief Lisa Davis alleged at a press conference on Tuesday that Nieneker first 'randomly' shot Machuca about 2.15pm as he collected trolleys.

The Hawaiian shirt-wearing gunman then fired at a black jeep that tried to evade his shot, before turning his gun on Chow's grey Toyota 4-Runner.

Chow was shot in the driver's seat, then Nieneker fired into the back seats - hitting the granddaughter Astrid, Davis alleged.

The mortally wounded grandfather's wife Doris tried to carry the girl to safety, when Nieneker pushed them out of the car and drove away.

Austin homicide detective Nathan Sexton said Nieneker chose his victims 'completely randomly' and used a handgun given to him by a family member.

'He said that he was Jesus and there was no real reason whatsoever given,' he said.

Execution by impalement would be an appropriate punishment.

There is a saying. If you kill someone in Texas, Texas will kill you back.

Let’s hope it doesn’t take the usual 20 years with this monster.

That is a Mad Dog that needs to be put down, for the sake of civilized society. I am sorry, to the family who brought him into the world, but it’s not working out. It really is not. His mind has unraveled and his manic episodes have now become mass murders of innocents. He is criminally insane. Why does no one then lock him up? Too many judges are trying to score “Virtue Signal” points by pretending ‘Everything’s Fine’.

Texas has nuthuts. This judge should be in one. And the shooter needs to be hanged tomorrow. Sorry, not sorry.

The Supreme Court must share the blame for these murders by its weakening of the deterrent effect of the death penalty by its many restrictions on its use.

God the news just gets worse everyday. May the Lord be cradling this poor angel in heaven. Reason number 1000 why I avoid public places and these box stores. So many sickos now roam our streets and public places.

When a crime is obvious, a good public hanging or pay per view would be appropriate. Sounds macabre, but it would send a message. It needs to be done rather quickly after sentencing. Sad but true.

So this case will languish in the courts for at least a year or two, bouncing around over angels on the head of a pin arguments, and "evaluations".

If and when the perp is ever convicted, it will be lucky if he gets the death penalty. If he gets the death penalty, maybe 40 years hence he might receive the needle. The memory of Astrid Chow will have long faded. Heck, memory of her will have faded by the time the Superbowl rolls around.

You are a danger to society. You may not live with us anymore. What’s wrong with that?

He will plea bargain and get off light. Society will support his worthless insane life for decades.
