The runway length at Eielson Air Force Base is approximately 14,530 feet. This runway is significant for military operations and training in arctic conditions.
The runway length at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is 10,000 feet.

And impossible...
I’ve only been to Alaska six times but there is no way a pipeline will reach either city mentioned — the terrain is too mountainous.
Juneau, the nations largest capital city, can not be accessed by roads, just sea and air making pipeline support difficult at best.
