EXCLUSIVE: DOJ Official Who Approved $2 Million Payout To Disgraced Russia Hoaxers Identified As Left-Wing Activist Brian Netter

Netter now works for a group chaired by Marc Elias, who helped run the Russia collusion hoax.

The Department of Justice official who signed off on $2 million in taxpayer-funded payments to disgraced Russia collusion hoax participants left the Department of Justice to help lead the “legal resistance” to President Donald Trump and other duly-elected Republicans, new records reviewed exclusively by The Federalist reveal.

FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, sued the Department of Justice over the release of messages detailing their role in pushing the Clinton campaign’s Russia collusion hoax. They said the release of the messages that were written using government resources violated their privacy. The Biden administration rewarded the duo with lucrative payouts. Strozk received $1.2 million in taxpayer funds while Page received an $800,000 settlement.

“[W]e have identified Brian Netter, Deputy Assistant Attorney General as the individual that approved the settlement agreements,” a DOJ official told the Center to Advance Security in America, which had filed a Freedom of Information Act request in 2024, when the payouts were publicly announced. Netter was the deputy assistant attorney general for the Federal Programs Branch during the term of President Joe Biden.

Netter currently serves as the legal director at Democracy Forward, a Democrat Party-affiliated group launched in 2017 to fight President Trump with lawfare. The group brags that it took Trump to court more than 100 times in his first term in office. It has continued its use of the courts to win political battles into his second term in office. “Liberal Legal Group Positions Itself as a Top Trump Administration Foe,...

I think democrats transfer many millions of taxpayer dollars to their groups and constituents at the city, state, and federal level through lawsuit “settlements”.

Media reported on the payouts to Strzok and Page like it was reporting the weather. What a crime syndicate.

My money is on one of them murdering Seth Rich, hence the payoff. And I’m sure there will always be more coming.

The Department of Justice should make every effort to clawback those funds from that smarmy bastard Strozk and his horse girlfriend, Page. They were using government property to send personal messages back-and-forth, and there was no basis for them to claim any kind of violation of their personal privacy. This appears to be nothing more and nothing less than a pay off to the two of them by a corrupt insider with similar views.

Brian Netter should be investigated for misappropriation of government funds, and charged accordingly, if found to have committed that crime. Similarly, that smarmy bastard Strozk and his girlfriend should be charged with violations of the hat act, for engaging in political activities while employed by the government. That’s on top of any other crimes that they may have committed, quite possibly including the disclosure of classified information to unauthorized people.

Screw all of these people, they are all corrupt and arrogant tyrant-wannabes, and they need to be severely punished to not only repay them for their criminal actions, but also to serve as a warning to others who may consider doing similar things in the future.

“…horse….”

Uh, “WHORE” - I guess that Siri doesn’t like that word too much.

The treason by Strzok and Page was 2015.

2015 - 10 years ago!

This is what Comey, Lindsey Graham, Mueller, Rosenstein , and Grassley knew.
The Deep State would have their back and no one would be punished, to the contrary, they were rewarded. The DOJ back then expedited the review of Comey’s book so he could get his $14 Million!

THEY DO INDEED!

Check out: Pigford v. Glickman (1999)

One of the biggest scams of taxpayer money before the many corrupt Obama and Biden scams.

Good morning.

“My money is on one of them murdering Seth Rich, “

Methinks it was the Podesta brothers on orders from Clinton.

Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page were paid to silence them. I bet if they face jail, they’ll sing like canaries.

The DOJ back then expedited the review of Comey’s book so he could get his $14 Million!

Meanwhile, as the dollar shrank from Clinton onward and inflation escalated exponentially under Biden, elderly seniors were trying to live on $14,000 or less—0.1% of Comey’s payoff.

Truly, there are no words…
