The only chance the Democrats have is if they can keep making crazy people. They have to get young people confused about their sexual identity; they need to scare people about the climate; and they have to convince people that criminals are misunderstood and should have rights.

Hopefully, people are just not going to fall for it anymore. Still, it's frightening how many are still considering themselves to be Democrats.

He has the look of desperation. He not only lost the mushy middle he is losing his hard core base. The only ones left are the most extreme in our society and so he is pandering to them but the question is why?

Those he has left are never going with the Republicans, so he could just ignore them and attempt to win back his base.

The Democrat party is no longer the Roosevelt Democrats, or Union Democrats, or even the deep south Democrats, they are the real extremist party. They support every extreme on the fringe idea that is out there.

Lucky for America there are not enough of them to do much damage outside of large urban areas and even there they are losing support.

If real lucky the Democrats will go the way of the Whigs.
