At some point Democrats just have to start being arrested

“So Gavin Newsom and his wife actually created an organization just to steal some of the fire aid money. Like how this man is still governor of California and not behind bars is mind blowing.

So I'm sure most of you have heard about the fire aid controversy. You know, where they had this concert to raise $100 million for the victims of the Palisade fires. And people started asking, hey, where the did all that money go?

Because there's not a single person who was a victim of the Palisade fires who's seen a cent of it. And through some investigative journalism, what we found is that they distributed the money in two rounds.

Not if they’re in the club. If Dems are arrested, next time they get power, and they will get power again, they will do the same to Republicans, 10 fold.

The concept of charity, like government, has simply become a woke virtue-signal

I don’t need to care, or change, or take any responsibility - we’ll just have someone else do it!

Has to be federal jurisdiction in there somewhere (use of interstate communications to commit wire fraud?). Time to empanel a grand jury.if only for informational purposes - to trace the money and show the world what a corrupt cesspool CA is.

This guy is saying things about Newsom that, if proven false, could get him sued into bankruptcy. He had better be sure.

Let's not be too hasty!! If we start arresting Democrats, then who know what they will do if they ever get back into power? We'd be setting a precedent, allowing the follow-on party to start arresting people from the previous administration! It would be awful!

This pales in comparison to the alleged High Speed Rail project corruption. And that sordid story will never see the light of day.

While I agree with you on that, I’m still terribly let down by out Democrat neighbors. Those people only know what the media tells them to think. And the morons in CA will vote Dem, regardless of the corruption.

Besides Pres. Trump and Rudy Guiliani, will anyone please provide the names of the other (politically) arrested pictured? I’m sure these are names we discuss all the time on FR, but I wish to identify the faces with the names.

Isn’t the organizer claiming it forwarded the money to established charities with the experience to disperse it?

Get arrested? Who’s left that hasn’t received a pardon for anything they did or will do for the rest of eternity? And that short line has already determined I’m sure by whoever is in charge this week. And those arrested will either never go to jail or never have their case go to or get out of court. We have a lot of problems Trump is trying to repair and there are many that he will never be able to repair because he doesn’t have the capacity.
