Lookie! A Submarine Picture! That is all! The Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Maine (SSBN 741) surfaces to receive a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) from Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 462, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, in the Philippine Sea. III MEF is postured to enable naval expeditionary operations within the first island chain as part of a Stand-in-Force. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Emily Weiss)

A Beautiful Picture of the Coasties! Crews from Coast Guard Air Station Sitka, Coast Guard Cutter Douglas Denman, Sitka Mountain Rescue, and Sitka Fire Department conducted a week-long search and rescue exercise in Sitka, Alaska. Crews tackled a series of mini scenarios ranging from lost hunters to an avalanche scenario. The exercise culminated with a mass-casualty event involving multiple agencies responding in concert to a scene with 40 survivors in distress. (U.S. Coast Guard courtesy photo.)
Zzelle aka “Cujo”! U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Victor Henderson, 81st Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, demonstrates a takedown with Zzelle, 81 SFS military working dog, during a demonstration for National Police Week at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. National Police Week offers honor, remembrance and peer support, while allowing law enforcement, survivors and citizens to gather and pay homage to those who gave their lives in the line of duty. (U.S. Air Force photo by Andrew Young)
Future Drill Sergeants! U.S. Marines with Recruiting Station Milwaukee, host an annual all-hands poolee function at Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin. Zzelle loves his job.
Oh, incidentally, you need to add the Space Force flag on the title page if possible...

Howdy, PRO.
I know you were probably tired of baking out there but did ya HAVE to share the heat with us down here? LOL Just walking out the door ruins a shower in about 30 seconds.
Any shooting range time lately?

Are y’all expecting anything from the system over the Gulf or will you be spared that mess?

Hey there, radu!
I couldn’t get Fotki to work either. Thank goodness, I had something usable on my Flickr page.
We haven’t actually gone out to eat yet, because it’s gotten harder to get everyone together. LOL! Piper cooked a meatloaf tonight that was really good, even though that’s not my favorite dish. That granddaughter of mine just loves to cook.
Looks like it was nearly as hot and humid there as it was here. *whew*

I have no idea. I have not watched any local programming/news/weather forecasts in a couple of decades. ;-)
I sometimes go to the Weather Channel but I have not been there in a couple of months. Mrs. spel keeps me aware of any impending, weather disasters. ;-)

“Thank you, luvie! ;-)”
Uh-oh! I must be getting sick! I said that in earnest.....without any insults! ;-)
To: radu
Hiya radu!
It's been off and on real hot but was real pleasant today.
Still too hot to go back to the range though but we'll get back there again eventually.
Hope the kittehs are behavin' themselves!
