Joe Rogan used his latest podcast episode to weigh in on the Epstein files controversy amid public uproar over the Department of Justice’s probe into the late pedophile and his associates.
The podcast giant lambasted the Trump administration’s announcement that there was never a list or footage revealing clients of the high-flying sex pest.
“They’ve got videotape and all a sudden they don’t,” Rogan, 57, said on the latest episode of his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience,” released Tuesday.
“You had the director of the FBI on this show saying, ‘If there was [a videotape], nothing you’re looking for is on those tapes,'” Rogan added, referring to Director Kash Patel’s appearance on the show in June.
“Like, what? Why’d they say there was thousands of hours of tapes of people doing horrible s–t? Why’d they say that? Didn’t Pam Bondi say that?”
Rogan was referring to comments Attorney General Pam Bondi made on July 1 — just days before the Department of Justice announced there was no “Epstein List” or incriminating footage of the disgraced financier’s associates — in which she told reporters the FBI was reviewing “tens of thousands of videos” of Epstein “with children or child porn.”
And months earlier, Bondi intimated that the supposed Epstein List was on her desk waiting for review — though she later clarified that there was an Epstein investigation file ready for her review, not the so-called list at the center of countless conspiracy theories.
The turnaround comes after President Trump spent months talking about plans to release everything the government had on Epstein and his associates — even publishing “The Epstein Files: Phase 1” to great fanfare in February. Next to nothing new was revealed in those files.

If a member of Congress knows they are free and clear they can grandstand to their hearts content.
If they know they are in the files they have to try to sabotage that effort.
Party lines are not relevant in that situation.
What does Joe Rogan know. Does anyone here know his political positions? Views? His education? His grasp of history? Of Donald trump’s views, education and writings? Dare people aware Rogan has expressed regret for voting for Trump in 2024?
Why do people care about this foul mouthed showman?
Agreed—I had not been following her at all until this past week and folks here mentioned her.
Rogan has been all over the place for sure—and sometimes he talks the most loudly about subjects where he knows the least.
That said—he has this insanely huge audience...which means he can get almost any guest he wants.
If I had to guess I'd day 99% of the monsters would be democrats - and powerful ones at that... and that the deep state is involved.

to be fair his first pick this time around was Matt Gaetz…but he had his own Epstein island type issues. Needs time to spiritually mature and good decision to protect his legacy and family.
I hope she does. Just because one voted for Trump, doesn’t mean you stand by and let what could possibly be one of the biggest scandals in US history be brushed under the carpet by his admin.
Biden/Garland DOJ was protecting Hunter and destroying Trump so Epstein stuff got overshadowed.

FBI has the black book . Maxwell tried to block it using a similar excuse that trump is using.
At this late date the only people who possibly are going to be held accountable are those involved in the coverup.
Whatever happened, Trump has to fix this before campaigns for 2026 begin in earnest.
The democrats are sitting back watching republicans sabotage themselves and lose voters.
The RATs haven’t gained any, but the people the GOP has lost will stay home.
Don’t let the democrats fool you, immigration, the border, and the economy are at the top. Deportation is the main thing keeping people on board. All GOP Congress cares about are wars no one likes and their vacations. People can see that. We lose so much with the RINO Congress.
But 180s on issues, and fumbling the ball on things like Epstein are not helping us.
Trump has never believed the unhinged conspiracy theorist found in MAGA though he seems to have fun garnering their votes by entertaining their theories. Same goes for “send them all back”, “balance the busget tomorrow”, “end Ukraine in one week”, etc. He understands the sentiment of these things but he also understands the art of the deal means not getting everything you want.
Always remember Trump is NYC Democrat of the blue dog tradition from the 50’s era. He is a populist and a patriot.
People believed Trump ,patel,bongino,and Bondi that there would be transparency about Epstein .
Maga got jilted on this issue. The question is why?
It has been so badly handled that Dems now have plenty of campaign fodder. I can picture the ads now .

As Bill Clinton would say...it depends on what you mean by the word “accountable”.
If any old geezers in Congress have Epstein files made public that will be plenty of accountability—no legal action required.
That is a public legacy none of them want.

Yes LoL i am just disappointed because some of the issues I happen to he more middle of the road on (and that he was too, in decades past) he’s gone more conservative and vice versa…some of the stuff I am more fundamentalist about, he’s been more compromising.
Regardless: WAY better than a Democrat or a Mitt Romney type Republican being in office!
THAT being said, from a purely neutral standpoint, it’s just hard to take Pam Bondi and the like seriously at the moment. 😞Credibility has been too shaken.
