Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Saturday that the Department of Justice has dropped charges against Dr. Kirk Moore, a Utah plastic surgeon indicted in 2023 for allegedly issuing fake COVID-19 vaccination cards and destroying government-provided vaccines.
“At my direction @TheJusticeDept has dismissed charges against Dr. Kirk Moore,” Bondi posted on X. “Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.”
The move comes after Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) called for the charges to be dismissed earlier this week.
“This man is a hero, not a criminal,” Greene wrote Tuesday. “The charges were filed under Biden’s DOJ, not Trump. The Covid vaccine kills and injures people, but this brave doctor, who is a veteran by the way, is being prosecuted for helping people avoid tyrannical vaccine mandates under Democrats.”
In April, Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. weighed in as well, declaring on X: “Dr Moore deserves a medal for his courage and his commitment to healing!”

DOJ should refund every $$$ this doctor spent. Also, DOJ should pay for the civil suit this doctor should file against everyone involved!!

Donovan served as Reagan’s Secretary of Labor.

Imagine the following scenario.
You are a doctor in a NAZI death camp for Jews, perhaps Dachau were many medical experiments were conducted some most vile in the extreme. But you are a moral doctor and inject the person with just saline. When caught you would be executed. But your actions were righteous as were this doctors actions. Your name would be in Israel at The Garden of the Righteous Among the Nations at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem honors non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust. It’s a part of the larger Yad Vashem memorial complex and features a wall where the names of these individuals are engraved. The Garden aims to teach about courage, honor, and compassion during the Holocaust, emphasizing that not all non-Jews were complicit in the persecution.
There is no difference in what this hypothetical doctor did and the other real doctor now free of government persecution. Thank you Trump. Bondi signed the papers, you gave the orders.

First, remember the name Dr. Kirk Moore- a wonderful, courageous doctor on trial for his life. President Trump did something amazing today. He saved Dr. Moore’s life.

I know. I know. I was upset by the Epstein List announcement too- just like you. Just like the entire MAGA base.
And I aired the disappointment, disillusion and disapproval of MAGA Nation in a commentary here at The Gateway Pundit on Wednesday.
The response was overwhelming. My commentary was one of the most heavily trafficked and commented of my career.
I also personally received several hundred emails- and every one of them was positive. Every one of them thanked me for sticking my neck out to say what they were feeling, and what needed to be said. 100% agreement- that was a first in my long career.
So, I understand full well the pain and disappointment the Epstein decision has caused in the MAGA/America First movement.
Let’s keep the pressure up. I know my great friend, President Donald J. Trump. He will respond. He will find a compromise. At the very least, he will explain the decision.
But we all need perspective.
One issue- no matter how important- is not the whole enchilada. Let’s not lose sight of the victories piling up. President Trump is relentless. He moves mountains. He makes the impossible, POSSIBLE. Against all odds, one by one, he keeps knocking down the dominoes. He is remarkable, he is courageous, he is superhuman. He is the greatest president of my lifetime.
But, for those of you who ask, “What’s he done so great for us lately?”
Just one example- although I could quote hundreds. Joe Biden (and his boss Obama) tried to destroy America. They did a damn good job of it.
Under Joe Biden every net job in America for four years went to foreign-born citizens. American born citizens did not gain one net job. In other words, all the workers being hired were foreign born, and probably 90% of those were illegal aliens.
We might as well have put up signs that said, “No work for Americans.”
Just this past week, we found out that every net job gain in America since Trump’s 2nd term started has been for American-born citizens.
So far, Trump has created two million jobs for Americans, while foreign-born workers have lost over half a million jobs. What a difference a president makes!
Just this past May and June, American-born workers gained 833,000 new jobs, while foreign-born workers lost 348,000 jobs. Isn’t that the very definition of making America great again?
Thanks to President Trump, America and American workers are first again!
But what President Trump did just this morning is even bigger news. President Trump just did something historic…something wonderful…maybe a first in presidential history.
He listened. Then he did the right thing. How many times has that happened in presidential history?
Dr. Kurt Moore has been on trial for his career and his life this week. He faced 35 years in prison- probably a death sentence. For what, you might ask?
He was a prominent Utah doctor who decided to help his patients. He fought Covid vaccine tyranny. He risked his medical license to save lives. As opposed to thousands of doctors who merely follow orders, asked no questions, and did whatever the corrupt FDA, CDC and AMA (all owned by Big Pharma) ttold them to do.
And of course, as a bonus, these “Stepford Wives” doctors who followed orders- even if it killed or crippled their patients- were rewarded with $1 million bonuses for the number of Covid vaccines they gave to their patients.
Dr. Kirk Moore didn’t want that “blood money.” He turned down millions in bonuses.
But this doctor went a step further. He gave out vaccine cards to patients who didn’t want the vaccine, but wanted to keep their jobs, without also playing Russian Roulette with their lives.
For this “crime” – for refusing to enforce a criminal mandate (it violates the Nuremberg Code) for an experimental, untested vaccine that patients did not want in their bodies, Dr. Moore faced 35 years in prison. The case of course was brought by the Biden regime (and his boss Obama). Yet under Attorney General Pam Bondi, the trial moved forward.
I decided it was time to bring this injustice to the attention of President Trump.

You should be watching my podcast right now. I explained main reason Pam Bondi had to go- and it’s NOT lies about Epstein file. She made decision to persecute & prosecute Utah MD who saved countless lives by giving out fake Covid vaccine cards. The man is a hero. He saved their lives. They asked him for help. They didn’t want to die to keep their jobs. They didn’t want their children to die in order to go to school. He hurt no one. He should get highest award in America for his courage. As opposed to all the MDs in America who killed their patients so they could get $1 million bonus at end of year. He is hero. Bondi is trying to send him to prison for 35 years. Fire Pam Bondi.
I spent almost my entire two hours on my national podcast yesterday passionately ranting about this horrible injustice, and explaining that this goes against every freedom President Trump stands for (and was elected for). This trial represented medical tyranny versus medical freedom.
Dr. Kirk Moore is a courageous hero, not a criminal to be persecuted by Big Brother for standing up to Big Pharma.
Then this morning we got the great news. All charges were dismissed by President Trump, AG Pam Bondi and the Trump DOJ.
This happened mid-trial. Have you ever heard of anything like this? Has it ever happened in history? Has a President ever weighed in mid-trial to dismiss all charges against a hero being persecuted by government?
Never. Only President Trump.
So, while no one should fear criticizing our president if we disagree, all of us should take this time to thank our president for being one-in-a-billion. For listening to the people. For being bold enough to reverse course. For doing the right thing.

They dropped charges against Dr. Who?! That’s wonderful. And he even helped patients avoid Covid mandates?! They’ll still have Covid mandates in his time period? How long does Dr. Fauci live?
They were considering it when he became a woman but she was still white so it wasn't a slam dunk. But when he became a gay black guy it was a no brainer, definitely in the clear.
See - this is why she is not worth defending. A really great AG would have walked in knowing what she faced, started throwing weight around, making clear things were going to be honest, ethical, constitutional in the interests of the People starting this minute. Day 1 orders should have made clear that moving forward on cases like this would result in severe repercussions, not just firing but disbarment proceedings and support for claims of depravation of rights against individuals perpetrating it. Oh and a salutary wood chipper would be running just outside the front door to deal with dead and rotten wood, just to encourage the others.
