But I suspect that the majority of “Germans” responsible for the other half of violent crimes aren’t German.

This is also no small number, amounting to approximately 3 million people in Germany, and this group may account for a substantial share of criminality.In the year 2000, German law was changed to allow for the application of jus soli (rather than just the previous jus sanguinis).
Consequently, merely being born on German soil (even if both parents were non-citizens) became sufficient to entitle one to German citizenship. The entitlement was automatic - all the parents then had to do was fill out the application, which could not be denied.
The incidence of dual citizenship thus skyrocketed.

The world’s collective IQ has dropped significantly on the last 50+ years. There is no way anyone with intelligence can think they can just let in the 3rd world give them things, and then expect their nation to become better. No way.
This is typical of Western nations that allowed 3rd Worlders to flood in unchecked. They imported criminals and did it to themselves.
These numbers, while bad, aren’t as bad as I would have thought from what happens in places like Malmo, Sweden. Or, for that matter, in the US with a particular demographic group that is for the most part native born.
